They sang really well on Jimmy Kimmel Live! I wish I was able to watch it on TV when it aired, but my satellite is off. Is it just me, or did they sing "Hard Times" and other album songs during Exit In heavier than the album versions? It makes me wonder if that's how the demos were before they decided to change the sound a little more pop. Listened to the Exit In version again and you might be right . By the way are you going to see them in concert this year? I know they're not going to Alaska but you have to go I plan to! If they do another North American Tour after the cruise next year, I definitely will. I'm saving money to see them after I graduate college. I don't know if I'd be able to do the Part Two one though, cause it is during the fall semester :/ How about you?

Yep! It'll be my first concert (if I'm able to get the tickets anyway - didn't realize how much effort it takes to secure decent seats). Definitely gonna fanboy out when they open with Hard Times Hope you can find a way to go sooner rather than later too. It'd be worth missing a day or two

Here's a video of the Told You So Jimmy Kimmel performance. It's recorded from someone in the audience but it's pretty close up and the audio/video quality is pretty good, all things considered. I was pretty damn impressed. I wasn't sure if the song would work live for various reasons but it sounds great! The dancing was great too but that's a given I guess Side note: why are people trying to record footage WHILE swaying back and forth? It's bad enough that some of them are recording vertically on their phones

I still don't get used to half of the album. I do like some songs now, especially Idle Worship, Rose-Colored Boy and Hard Times. Ask me again in 5 weeks after the concert... I might change my mind

I really like almost every song on the album now

I really like almost every song on the album now At the first two concerts (Avril and Taylor Swift) I was filming and taking photos too. But you can't get decent quality, especially the sound. Instead, I'm listening to the music which is the main reason I go to concerts. A few pics between the songs and that's all. And because it is really annoying when someone is holding the phone up high in the front... (I don't need to hold my phone over my head because I'm almost 2m tall ) You can see all the crappy fan videos with shaking cameras on Youtube, next to the properly recorded versions from TV shows or special gigs. I don't get it why people still take shitloads of videos on every show.

I guess because they want to have something from their point of view? Or a general reminder since not every concert is professionally recorded, not every artist is releasing a tour movie and every concert is a bit different, they don't always do the same songs, sometimes their speeches are so heartwarming and yet they don't do the same at every venue.
I have to admit I've filmed too, you can't really look at the material because I was busy headbanging so it's mainly shaking but you can hear the music. Well, those when my mum filmed are a bit more steady, but yeah...

Yeah I agree, sometimes concerts need to be recorded - otherwise a lot of great concerts would be lost forever. My point mainly had to do with how shaky some of the people were, recording were, and how they were recording with their phones vertically

I have no time (right now) to give a huge description of the album but man I dig this album!! It's very different from their previous records but I like it so much more then their self-titled album! Usually I dislike happy music with depressed lyrics but this is amazing work and they really got me! They released kind of a musically a summer album with darker lyrics like more a fall/winter record wich I can relate to so much, but I love the sound of the instruments so much! I listened to it once on Spotify and immediatly ordered the album and yesterday I had it for like 4 times on repeat. Only thing I see here is people are more fond of Hard Times in stead of Told You So, but I really like Told You So

When I reviewed the album I wasn't sure how the album would fare once the initial release hype wore off but I'm happy to say that I still find it amazing, and love pretty much every song on it. Still hard for me to rank it but it's at least one of my top 3 Paramore albums. As for your last point, I was actually about to post here saying that I listened to TYS for the first time in a while (okay, maybe a week but that's a long time by my standards ) and it's still a banger. It's the kind of song you want to have on repeat . Is that your favorite song on the album?

No it's not my fave, I think Fake Happy and Pool are my favorites but I have to say there isn't one song I dislike Maybe when I've listened to it more I really can say wich one my fave is! Hard Times is also very good!! And ofcourse Told You So as I said before This morning I had the record played in my car when I was driving to my work and it's so awesome to turn up the volume and have a blast! I don't know the lyrics yet haha so I can't sing-a-long for now

Do you plan on seeing them in concert? I got my tickets to the NYC concert last week and I'm stoked
