Well now to a category for the staff team members. We have our admins: Blizz, Cuupcake, and Francyavril, and moderators: Jack, Underclass King, In Wonderland, and Dillon. During the past 12 months some have retired, and we have welcomed new ones. The guys in the staff try their best to keep bandaids up and running. At times we might not be the most liked members, but we have rules we have to follow. But most of all we are here to keep bandaids a site that member will enjoy. We aren't always visible, but that doesn't mean we aren't working on something behind the scenes. We also work on site design, along with the everyday maintenance. Editing posts, moving threads, taking care of warnings, helping out with whatever it might be. Together we work on events that will take place, such as this years ABA's, MOTM, our christmas hunt and our Tri-Avril Pursuit. In other words who do you think is the Staff Member of the Year?The winner of Staff Member Of The Year is...Blizz

Thank you everyone for who voted! Not just for me, but for any of the staff  It's nice to know you guys appreciate what we do. I'd just like to say that yes, while I did win this award a lot of the staffs work this year has been behind the scenes, from reports, to new themes, to the social media accounts and to event planning like the ABA's plus a load of other stuff that I haven't mentioned. The other staff have played such a big role in helping me keep this site fresh, fun and moderated and I couldn't of done it without any of them, really! So thank you guys I do feel a little bad about winning because of this, but it is what it is Thank you again, the members and the other staff |

You're actions as a staff leader are forward, but kind. You have a balance of getting straight to the point without sounding cendecending or shaming. You hate the game not the player, if that makes sense LOL
