Hi everyone!
With BogoGog24 's idea of remaking the Gallery to add this eras photos, we have decided to do just that and are looking to "hire" (so to speak) a media team that will be up to the task of maintaining and helping us create the gallery by uploading, moving or deleting photos in the new gallery.
Media Team Member
Media Team members get access to the Media Team forum, where you can discuss anything related to the gallery, plus posting links of what photos you've recently added. Media Team members will not have access to the Staff forum or have any moderator privileges- but it's a good place to start if you wish to be a mod or an admin in the future! Trust me, I know
We're looking for 3-5 Media Team Members.
To be a Media Team Member, we are looking for the following criteria:
Media Team Manager
We're also looking for a Media Team Manger to oversee the operation and run the Media Team- you won't be alone in this and the current staff will help you, but you will mostly be left to manage on your own. A Media Team Manager can also add or remove Media Team Members with staff approval. We are currently looking for 1 member to be the manager of the media team. The Media Team Manager will have access to the Gallery and Staff forum; but will will be given no mod powers also.
We're looking for the following criteria:

- Friendly mannerisms, with little to no warnings.
- An active forum account that has been on Bandaids for at least a couple of months.
- Willing to work in a team with a manager.
- Interest in eventually advancing into the position of *Blogger, Moderator or Administrator.
- Someone who is okay uploading several photos throughout the same process, every time - uploading can get a bit tedious to some, if this is the case consider if the role will be for you before applying.
Media Team Manager

- A very active BA account, with a lot of posts.
- Strong interest in the Gallery and Avril Bandaids
- Someone who is confident to lead a team almost independently, but will be helped if needed.
- Has very few warnings on their account
- A mature, kind member
- A member who has been on Bandaids for quite some time (at least a year)
- Can be trusted to have an Admin account on the Gallery, so extra powers
