Recently I saw a performance of Holy Ground and started loving the song. Now I heard Haunted (acoustic) and loved it but the performance from Speak Now tour is magical.
ME! Grew on me but this new song is too generic radio pop. I havent watched the video but saw gifs of Burger and Fries lol that was sweet.

I'd love to know what her favorite song is that she's ever written and also what her favorite lyric is. Also what's a song she would have loved to have on an album that didn't make the cut. Conversely, what's her least favorite song she's ever written or what she thinks is the worst song. Is there a song on an album that she regrets putting on? (For example, she received a lot of criticism over Better Than Revenge and years later said she realized that no one can steal your boyfriend if he's not already ready to leave you anyway. I think she sort of regrets writing that song or at least putting it out publicly. Girl at Home is another one she's gotten criticism for). I remember she onces said that lyrics of Cold As You are the ones she is most proud with.

Guys, have you seen some of these performances at the Grammy Museum?? SO talented! Acoustic is so so good with her voice and how she brings a song! Listen to this one and check out some others from the Grammy Museum if you don't already have seen it. It's brilliant to see!

I saw them last weekend. I like her songs but don't follow her that hard as with Avril so there's still a lot I haven't seen from her. Thank god we have YouTube

She’s come a long way since she sang, “that’s fine I’ll tell mine your gay!” Hahaha.

I was just watching the stripped down Grammy performances earlier. I'm really just getting a huge appreciation for her that my younger self was too blinded by the media to see.
I'm currently obsessed with these performances:

Yeah when I was younger I didn't really "get" her either. Thought she was way overhyped and all her songs sounded the same. But then I watched Journey to Fearless and I got to know her more as a person. The first album I think I heard in full was RED and it was the album that made me a fan. I think if I had only tried listening to her earlier music I wouldn't have been into her as much, it's all good but it's definitely more teen-oriented. RED was a more mature album and more musically diverse. The writing is fantastic. That was what made me a fan enough to check out her previous records and then follow her into 1989.

The imagines and moods she captures in just a few lines is where I think her genius lives. The opening of the song “Fearless,” made a believer out of me. And the rest of it is classic TS.
I do agree that her winning personality also draws you in.

It's official. Scott Borchetta sold Big Machine to Scooter Braun. Taylor is NOT happy about it. I had no idea he had been treating her horribly all these years. And for Scott to basically sell her out is just disgusting. The very personification of "You stabbed me in the back while shaking my hand." Right in the middle of her album release too, when she was finally in a good place again. I hope this doesn't ruin the album for her. At least she is with a label now that allows her to keep the masters of her recordings.

Quite an eventful day in TS land. She goes after the Beeb, Kayne and Kim also. She’s really pissed.

The entire situation seems like a mess. Many conflicting details.

Scooter Braun? But the artists I see coming out of that label are usually Country artists. Taylor being the only pop artist I know of that label and the biggest act they had.
I read parts of her letter and they made me angry, sad, and want to cry. Crazy how we were just discussing Braun the other day and earlier today I was telling my friend about the dough Bieber is.
