Recently, I put together this list of Avril's unreleased songs. I sourced all of the songs using sites such as ASCAP, Songfile, BMI, etc. with the exception of a few that weren't on any. Obviously the list is not complete (as it probably never will be) but I figure it could be really useful for future reference, especially for checking if new registered songs were actually registered beforehand. I'd also love any help with finding new information to add, so send me a PM if you find anything. Thank you.
The songs in green have leaked.
The songs in orange have only had their instrumental leaked.
The songs in blue have had a snippet leaked or performed.
The songs in red were given away to other artists with Avril's version remaining unleaked.

Goodbye Lullaby
"Candy" - Writers unknown (likely Avril Lavigne, Alex da Kid and Skylar Grey). After a stalemate with RCA Records, who refused to release Lavigne's fourth album without a designated "hit single," Lavigne compromised by having sessions with Alex da Kid to do so. In 2010, Lavigne posted a video from the studio in which she stated that the two, along with musician Skylar Grey, just finished recording Lavigne's new "hit single," with the unnamed song playing in the background. The song would ultimately be scrapped from the album, although fans would later determine that the song in the video was "Candy," after an instrumental of the song leaked online in July of 2011, alongside instrumentals for "Gone" and "Complete Me". Lavigne would later state that she would like to include some Alex da Kid helmed songs on her fifth album, including that of "Candy," although these plans would also be scrapped.
"Complete Me" - Writers unknown (likely self-written). The song was one of the three instrumentals that leaked online in July of 2011, alongside "Candy" and "Gone". While the song would be scrapped from Goodbye Lullaby, Lavigne would re-work the song to be included on her fifth album, Avril Lavigne, under the title "Hello Heartache". The song would be re-written with David Hodges and the instrumental would ultimately be significantly different in comparison to the leaked instrumental. It's unknown to what extent that the lyrics were altered with the final product.
"Dancing Crazy" - Written by Avril Lavigne, Max Martin and Shellback. After a stalemate with RCA Records, who refused to release Lavigne's fourth album without a designated "hit single," Lavigne compromised by having sessions with Max Martin and Shellback to do so. The song would ultimately be scrapped in favor of the songs "What the Hell," "Smile," "Wish You Were Here," and "I Love You". However, the song would later be passed on to Miranda Cosgrove, who would record and release the song on December 21, 2010, as the lead single from her first extended play, High Maintenance. The song would go on to peak at #100 on the Billboard Hot 100. "Dancing Crazy" is the second song of Lavigne's that has been passed on to Cosgrove, as Cosgrove had previously released "Daydream" in 2010. Registered on ASCAP with the Work ID 882430471.
"Fine" - In a 2009 Rolling Stone interview, Avril Lavigne stated that she planned to include the song on her then-upcoming fourth album and that the chorus started with the lyrics "when I'm having a bad-hair day, would you tell me you like it that way?". The song was scrapped from Goodbye Lullaby in an effort to make room on the album for the Max Martin and Shellback helmed songs.
"Gone" - Written by Avril Lavigne and Evan Taubenfeld. The song was first mentioned when Taubenfeld stated on a live chat that it was his favorite song on Lavigne's then-upcoming album. However, the track would ultimately be scrapped from Goodbye Lullaby to make room for the Max Martin and Shellback helmed tracks. The instrumental of the song would be leaked in July of 2011, alongside the instrumentals of "Candy" and "Complete Me". In an interview on The View, Lavigne stated that she would like to release "Gone" as a single from her fifth album, although these plans would also be scrapped.
"Hello" - Writers unknown. A studio recording and acoustic version of the song were advertised as being included on the physical release of the "Wish You Were Here" deluxe single on Avril Lavigne's official website. However, upon receiving the disc, consumers found that the songs were absent, being replaced by acoustic versions of the Goodbye Lullaby singles "What the Hell" and "Smile". The track listing on Lavigne's site would shortly be switched to reflect this change with no further mention of "Hello" being made. However, it is possible that the song was a re-worked version of "Complete Me," that was pulled from the single to ultimately be included on Avril Lavigne as "Hello Heartache".

"Rock n Roll" - Written by Avril Lavigne, Peter Svensson, Rickard B. Goransson, Jacob Kasher, Chad Kroeger and David Hodges. While a solo recording of the song would ultimately appear on Avril Lavigne, "Rock n Roll" was originally meant to feature another female artist. In an interview with 4 Music, Lavigne responded "Umm, ["Rock n Roll"], which is why I can't say anything yet - we're in the process of making that happen". Additionally, Lavigne would go on to state that "it's not confirmed! I'm trying to do something right now. Like, I've been in the studio for the past four days working and I can't really say anything until it's done". Lavigne would recruit Kid again for her fifth album, with Kid stating that their material was "a mixture of pop/rock and what I do. We've got some things that are hip-hop leaning, and we've got some things that are more pop/rock leaning, so it's what we both do just kind of combined into one thing". It is unknown if Grey was involved with this material. Ultimately, all of the Kid helmed tracks would be scrapped from Avril Lavigne.
The Runners Sessions - In 2010, pop singer Rihanna would sample Avril Lavigne's 2002 single "I'm with You" on her Loud single "Cheers (Drink to That)". Both The Runners and Lavigne would post often on Twitter about the sessions they were having, with the former referring to Lavigne as a "genius".
