She's never played guitar live for Slipped Away and I would add KOHD and Pumped Up Kicks to the appropriate sections, but other than that, that list is all inclusive! Oops I meant she once played guitar on Together (since she usually plays piano on that song). In the MuchMusic Intimate and Interactive performance. I already had KOHD and yeah I forgot about Pumped Up Kicks.

Don't know but I love that song I really feel like she's speaking to me in that album.

Thanks for the list BogoGog24!
It's sad that Avril didn't play many instruments during AL tour, especially the lack of piano. I loved how Avril played piano on 3 songs in Bonez Tour.

I liked how she played piano, guitar, and drums on both Bonez and TBDT. It's a shame she hasn't since 2008. And she played an instrument on almost every song on Bonez.

Oh I just realized I also totally forgot she played piano in the MHE music video. I find it interesting that in music videos and on her albums she plays instruments on songs that she never does live, like piano on LMG or guitar on GF. This leads me to believe that she's capable of doing it, but for some reason doesn't want to. Maybe she thinks it would tie her down to the stage too much. But I would like to see her mix it up a little and play piano on LMG or guitar on GF for a change instead of always the same of DTM, MHE, HW, etc. Boooorrrrriiiinnnggg

Unfortunately, it's not like she has had much stage presence lately, anyway :/

I'll give her a huge pass for the AL tour since we know she was sick for 2 weeks during the SA leg and her Lyme disease began in the summer. And at least the show I went to, which was the last show of the tour, was excellent. Even though I don't think BST was her greatest tour, she showed more energy there so I think Avril's issues on AL tour were mainly due to illness and not that she lost passion for performing. The next tour will be interesting.

And yet she seemed to be far less active on stage compared to BST (at least from what I've seen on YouTube). I think the most visible difference between the early and late phase of AL tour is the length of the setlist.

I even remembered thinking it was better than BST because she was playing songs like 17 and using a video screen to add more to the performances. It was around the spring/summer she began faltering and it was because she kept getting sick and now we also know it was the beginning stages of her disease.

I saw her live in St. Louis in Dec. 2013 when she shared the headlining with the Backstreet Boys... it was WAY before the tick bite, and she never got off that mic, not even once.

In my opinion, Darlin isn't anywhere near the quality of Let Go, at least lyric-wise. I use to take her word for it that she was the main songwriter on all the songs on her debut but comparing her self-written songs now to then, you can see the professional teams like The Matrix actually had a much larger role. It's a shame that she had a falling out with them since together they wrote amazing songs. And on that note, does anyone know what happened to the other writers on the album such as Peter Zizzo and Sabelle Breer? Totally agree with you. Look what Cliff Fabri commented with his personal YouTube account in a Breakaway video: "FACT: 'Breakaway' was left over from my time with Avril Lavigne. A misconception about the song started that Avril Lavigne wrote 'Breakaway'. Her name appears in the writing credits because originally I got her a 10% writing credit to demo the song. 'Breakaway' was written before Avril and I arrived in Los Angeles for the first time. I then used the song for my new Artist Samantha Moore, it was partly responsible for us signing a one million dollar record deal w Geffen Records. After no firm commitment from Geffen Records on a Samantha Moore release date, we unhappily agreed to give the song back to writer Matthew Gerrard. Gerrard agreed to let Clive Davis have the song and it was used as an album title, and a 1st single for Kelly Clarkson's debut record after IDOL. 'BREAKAWAY', became a number one hit for Kelly Clarkson. Needless to say Geffen Records was not happy of their mishandling of a number one hit, and was one of the many mis-steps between Samantha Moore and her Label".

Except that Breakaway was Kelly's second album, not debut. Also, how could Avril get a 10% writing credit if she didn't actually write anything? I'm confused by this.
