I think it's very good, well executed and made but please don't be down about criticism, it just shows on where you can improve in the future on a otherwise fantastic documentary, you should be very proud of it nobody gets things perfect the first time and that's just life

It is the most complicated and difficult project I have ever put together and I did it all by myself, without help from anyone. I think, in comparison to the GL one, that it is a step up and looks much more professional. Having a real introduction this time, the videos for 17 and the AL Tour, making sure every AL song got represented in one way or another, and having all the single covers at the end I think really took it to a different level in comparison to the GL one.

BogoGog24 all in all it is great, well done! And I see your point, but as Sam said ^ you should use it for the next time you do something similar, to improve. Perfectionist or not. (I have been talking to psychologist to be more "imperfect" myself. Couldn't just get a B in school, cause that wasn't good enough for me.) And out of 2h a few lines at the beginning is the only thing that some have given negative comments. I can agree that it sounds a little to dramatic but i think it gives the documentary a "face lift" (i don't know how to put it ) All in all i give it 4/5 stars. Only negative from my side is the lenght of it, but that is my patience talking Great job Andrea!

I like the way you edited the clips (very William Shatner-esque), it gave the documentary a cool vibe. Well done I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I dont want to sound rude, but maybe you shouldnt upload it and give it to us, if you are that extremely sensitive about a little crticism - to protect yourself, cause you seem hurt. But you cant upload it and expect 100% positive comments and I dont think any comments from stuntbrick or harvey were mean or something.

Too bad that it didnt end so well...

I really don't think that anyone was being nit picky. One person made a comment about your voice over, and then another person did as well (probably only because the first person brought it up). It isn't a big deal and you really shouldn't stress over it. Yes you have the right to react to their criticism, but that doesn't mean you have to reply to their comment. Honestly, replying to their criticism won't solve or change anything; you can't convince them to love your voice over. You can't fight haters (not calling anyone an actual hater ) and in most cases you can't change their minds. The best you can do is to ignore the negative and focus on the positive feedback. Replying to the positive comments promotes further conversation, while replying to negative comments only results in more negative comments. In the future, you would be better off to reply to positives. For negatives, it would be best to think about and if it seems true or fair, then you can reflect upon that; if the negative seems unjustified, then just forget about. Make the 'hater' feel obsolete by ignoring their comment. I don't think that it's necessary to say anything more about it. It's not a big deal. And I do think it's a little unfair to say that "people could be more appreciative about it instead of picking on them because they didn't do a stupid voiceover well enough for their liking. It's just such a stupid thing to pick on,". No one was picking on your voice over, and everyone was appreciative the entire time. It's not an 'either or' type of situation; we can all be appreciative of your hard work and still express our thoughts about the documentary at the same time. I think the reason it seems like people were making harsh comments, or as you stated "unfair" comments, and nit picking was because the conversation shifted to this one aspect. I personally enjoyed what I have watched so far. Since it is pretty long, I didn't watched it all at once. So far I have seen things that I didn't see during that era. When the LMG video started, I realized then that I hadn't ever watched the entire video before; but thanks to your documentary, now I can say that I have :lol1:. There were performances that I have never seen before as well, like the LMG performance at the Asian award show; I really liked LMG stripped down like that! I think that I can speak for everyone when I say, that was you did was very generous. The documentary obviously took a lot of time and hard work. I'd say that he documentary is a success - people liked it and you got to share it with all of us - goal accomplished . I personally appreciate you making the documentary, thank you for it

But someone basically saying they don't like how I speak, well, yeah it's a bit insulting. It's utterly tragic that you think that's what I think. What I DO think is that you need to be yourself next time you're recording a voiceover. I've heard you talk in other videos that you've made, and you have a nice speaking voice. There's no need to overact, no need to try and sound enthusiastic. I don't care what you were taught at college. Experts don't know everything.
