Are you having to sign in more often as well? I’ve always had that problem. If you clear your cookies you have to sign in again.

I didn’t have to do it until the latest IOS update and now I’m thinking Bob was right all along..... maybe a glitch. ☺️

I didn’t have to do it until the latest IOS update and now I’m thinking Bob was right all along..... maybe a glitch. ☺️ Perhaps not a glitch or a mistake. Maybe a change in your browser's default behavior regarding cookies. You might have options in your browser settings that make things work the way you want them to. It doesn't matter what your favorite operating system or browser is, they will eventually change something that you didn't get a chance to vote on that makes you want to commit murder. Or, maybe that's just me.

Yeah I get those stupid redirect messages a lot on my iPhone, but only with this website. I never get them from any other websites. On my laptop it's fine.

Is the ad reporting tool still working? Noticed sam has an old thread with a link for that in this section of the boards.

Thanks sam, No issues that I'm aware of, just thought it would be useful since they were having pop up ads.

I always use the forum on my phone so it’s keeping me off here for days at a time when it just redirects me to some ad constantly. V annoying!

Would definitely report that; if you’re using it in your phones browser I’d recommend a free app called AdGuard. It’s just a mobile ad blocker.

It just means there's no SSL certificate, which can't be solved by forum admins because that's a problem on Proboards (the hosting service)'s side. Whereas this may be an issue on bigger websites, there's no reason to be worried about it as far as a forum goes.

They do have an SSL certificate. The pages that need to be secured, such as the login page, are secured. Everything else is open to the general public, and therefore not secure. Thread closed.
