I'll outline everything to make it easier. I hope this helps. If you still have misunderstandings or questions, just ask.
• Use the Wayback Machine to archive: archive.org/web/
Open the spoiler in the OP for Examples, Tips, & More Additional Info concerning how to archive.
• When archving threads, archive each page indiviudally using their own url
Each page of a thread has its own unique url; therefore, must be archived individually and separately from all other pages of the same thread.
• Only archive a page without a full amount of posts if the last post was made over 2 months ago
Okay, so when archiving a current thread that has multiple pages, not all pages have a full amount of posts; only preceding pages have a full amount of posts. Each page of a thread can only have a maximum of 15 posts. When a post is created in that thread afterwards, a new page will start. When a thread is currently active and getting new posts daily or weekly, then the last page of that thread will likely have new posts shortly after it has been archived; so archiving a page that doesn't have a full amount of 15 posts, archiving that partly-full page will be counterproductive because it will need archived again later in order to archive the new posts.
So when archiving an active thread, only archive full pages (pages with 15 posts), and wait for the last page of the thread to fill up to 15 posts before you archive it. If archiving an old, non-active thread (a thread that was last posted in at least 2 months ago), archive the last page (which will most likely have less than 15 posts) if the very last post was created at least 2 months ago. We'll use the 'Avril Live Vs. Studio Preference' thread as an example.
Page 1 + 2 both have pages succeeding them so they both have 15 posts. They can be archived.
Page 3 has less than 15 posts. This thread is active and will have new posts soon. Don't archive this page until it reaches 15 posts or until 2 months have passed after the last post was created.
• If you archive, even just 1 page, add your name to the contributors list
Add your username/display-name in this list
• After adding your name to the list, choose your own color for your name
Highlight your name in the contributors list and choose a color
Your name will now be that color
• Only use your color for checkmarks and listing the latest update for a page above 4
You will use the same color as your username to color code the checkmarks you place for the pages that you archive
You will also use your name color for dating archives if a page's number is above 4 or if a page needs archived continuously.
*Notice how that thread has more than 4 pages, so the total number of pages is recorded in the appropriate cell. Also notice how the last page is 6, but the last page archived was 5, so this tells everyone else that the last page is unarchived.
• Each Tab across the bottom is home to each board on Bandaids
Basically, each tab across the bottom shows an abbreviation of each board on Bandaids. Each tab will house the thread archiving list for the board on BA with the same name. For example, the BS Lounge tab will list the threads in the Black Star Lounge board on BA, and the AV Articles tab will list the threads in the Avril Lavigne Articles board on BA.
• Direct to a tab of the board in which you will be archiving
Self-explanatory. If you are archiving a thread in the General Discussion board on BA, then go to the 'Gen. Disc.' tab in the spreadsheet, and the thread you are archiving will be found in that tab's spreadsheet.
• After a page is archived, add a checkmark in place of the box, using your color
When a new thread is created on BA, the thread needs added in the appropriate tab
Since the creation of the spreadsheet, two new thread have been created in the SOTW board on BA. So I go to the SOTW tab in the spreadsheet, scroll down to find the next available spot
• Put the thread's name in the next available cell
Copy the thread's name from BA (copying the exact name will be best), and paste it in the next cell in the list on the spreadsheet
• Copy the box in each cell for how many pages the thread has
Put the little box in the places to represent how many pages the new thread has and will need archived.
(Only) When a thread has more than 4 pages
• Only the first 4 pages get their own separate cell for checking off as completed
Only providing a space for boxes for the first 4 pages will keep the spreadsheets concise, condensed, and easily seen while viewing your browser window in fullscreen.
• Put the total amount of pages in the 'total pages' cell (only if more than 4 pages)
Type the total number of pages a thread has (only if more than 4) in the correct cell
• When a page above 4 is archived, list it in the cell and also put the date, using your color
(The purpose of this is to inform everyone else which page above 4 still need archived)
Type the number of the page you last archived (if you archived a page number above 4) in the correct cell and add the date while using your contributor/username color
For Threads & Pages that need continually updated
Threads such as the Bandaids Dictionary, Forum Rules, and SOTW Standings change the content in their OPs occasionally, so the first page in these threads need archived more than once whenever the content of the OP is changed.
Pages such as the Home page (which displays the latest BA Blog), the Forum Home page (which displays the board list and the latest post in each board), and the thread lists for each board change all the time and need archived more than once. The Home page needs archived when a new blog is posted and the Forum Home can be archived whenever anyone thinks about. It's not crucial for the Forum Home page everyday, but should be archived every now and then. The thread lists of each board on BA should be archived when a lot of new threads fill up the front page of the thread list.
• (For Pages) Put the date of when the page is last updated
• The list of boards to the left is for listing the date of when the thread list of that board or page is last updated
There is a list on the left of the Contributors/Rules tab in the spreadsheet. This is a list of all the Board thread lists, home page, forum home page, and other pages that need archived frequently. Whenever these are archived, put/change the date in the correct cell and change the date color to your contributor/username color

Just put the total number of pages if the total is above 4. So for an active thread with 2 pages (only the first having 15 posts) put the check for page 1 and leave the box for page 2.
