We made salted caramel yesterday but we added a bit too much salt will try again soon It's still nice, just has more of a salty kick than a bittersweet one

And do you think that it will work as a vegan recipe? Because I'm vegan, I always have to change it a little bit. There are so many different recipes, that I don't know exactly which I'm gonna do :/

Silent Soul This recipe is vegan and it was the one i think looked nice (there are so many versions of it) My moms is almost the same, just without the sirup and with some more butter/milk 50 g yeast (for sweet dough) 150 g margarine (without milk) 5 dl soy milk ½ teaspoon salt 1½ dl withe sirup 2 teaspoon cardamom 1½ liters flour Soy cream to brush/glace Nib sugar Filling: Cinnamon Sugar Margarine Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Melt butter and pour in the milk, let it get to body temperature. Stir in the milk mix in the yeast. Add salt, sirup and cardamom. Stir and add the flour. Work it to smooth dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Cut it in 2. Roll the dough to a square and spread the margarine-cinnamon-sugar mix on. Roll the dough and chop it in ca. 3-4cm pieces. Put them on the baking tray with some spacing between each. (They will raise quite much) Let them tise for another 30 minutes. Brush them with cream and sprinkle on nib sugar. Bake them in the middle of the owen at 225ºC 5-10 minutes. Source: www.vegokoll.se/2015-06-18/vegansk-kanelbullar

I just got my wisdom teeth out, so I can't eat stuff like this -.- I just looked up at wikipedia and it says that in only 3 days the Kanelbullens dag takes place. What a coincidence! Hahaha

In Wonderland Isn't it a little bit weird that it only takes 5-10 min to bake? Isn't that too little?
