Oh! A few years back I was in my mates car about 2am and we were driving along a quiet country road, the road runs for about 7miles (11km) with nothing but fields either side and no houses until you get to either end when you arrive at a couple of "hick" villages. I saw what looked like the silhouette of a man in a long coat wearing a fedora type hat standing just off the road, what made it look weird was it had 2 reflections where it's eyes would've been, you know like how cats eyes reflect car lights... this road basically runs from nowhere to nowhere so I put it down to shadows and imagination and had a little laugh to myself about it. My mate was like "What you laughing at?" and as soon as I said. he said he saw it too and also thought it was his imagination... We went back for a look but couldn't find anything/anyone. If it was a person, why did his eyes glow like cats eyes? If it wasn't a person, the hell was it? - there were no trees/bushes...

About 20 years ago, I was going for a ride in my dad's truck. It was early in the morning, about 5 AM, on another of those roads that goes from nowhere to nowhere. We saw the exact same thing standing at the side of the road. Silhouette of a man in a long coat, fedora-type hat, eyes reflecting the headlights. At first I put it down to my imagination too, but after a moment I sheepishly asked him if he saw it. It was not my imagination. Has there been some kind of nationwide practical joke going on over the past couple of decades? Or maybe...

We must've been going too fast for him to get evil on our asses...

12 years ago, somewhere around 2004, I saw a green, fluorescent line on the night sky. It definitively wasn't a laserbeam or something, it also wasn't moving, just a plain green line. The weird thing was, that it looked like you could touch it... To this day, I have not seen a picture or video, that had similarities with it.

I have way too many of these stories as I practice witchcraft and am a spirit worker I blame growing up in a 'haunted' house full of moving mirrors, ghostly figures and self-locking doors. And the fact that I still get hallucinations today and can't always figure out which is my mind and which is the so called 'divine'. In my grandmother's house, the basement would scare me. There wasn't any large graffiti or anything, but I would see these 'paintings' of faces with big eyes and widely open mouths. To this day I fear going in there. The following stories all happened in my other grandmother's house: One of them was terrifying. I was young, probably 6 or so. I never played with dolls, but we did have a life-size baby doll in the house. One evening I was just dancing around the room and the doll frickin' jumped at me and started tickling me. I nearly had a panic attack. I knew that this isn't a false memory because I remember that same day that my mother bought two little bird figurines for me and my sister(my sister's bird was violet, mine was robin colored). I also remember that my mother had to bring the doll out to the community garden because I was so petrified. To this day I have a fear of lifelike baby dolls. Another one, when my mother went down to the basement to get some wood for burning, and upon unlocking the door, someone on the other end locked it again. No one else had the key who could have been in there. She went back to the house to my grandmother who went down with her, and this time, she could easily unlock the door no problem. No one was inside. My sister was once sitting in a chair and the chair itself tripped over and she fell over it. A mirror kept sliding over no matter how securely it was placed. I used to see skeletons following me around. I would be scared to stay in some of the rooms alone. To be fair, I'm not healthy mentally. But I was also a child at the time, and children get hallucinations. Especially since most of the things I remember happened when it was dark, so at night/evening-time, so they could have easily been nighttime hallucinations. Either way, this is not even half of the ghost/spirit stories I have.

This is more like near-death experiences...
When I was 12 I went to Bali with my friend and her parents and on the last day we decided to ride bicycles together around the hotel. My bike didn't have brakes and I really I thought it was okay to ride a bike without the brakes. I didn't know that there were many uphill/downhill roads and when I was riding it on the downhill road I almost fell into a cliff. I dropped myself w/ the bike to stop myself from actually falling. I did get a few scars and I ripped my shirt but that was really it. I really thought I was gonna die.
There was also another time in 6th grade when we had a little farewell/graduation party and we celebrated it @ the pool. I really was not a good swimmer, barely can swim, and I didn't want my friends to know that I can't swim so I tried to swim in the deep pool with the other kids. I kept holding onto my friend's shoulder but she was annoyed and moved away from me, my feet couldn't reach the bottom of the pool and I remember I was gasping for air, and thank god somebody helped.

I did have two things I won’t ever forget my whole life.
When my first grandpa died, my clock stopped running at the exact time he died, 9.30pm. I still believe that was a sign because when I turned the clock to the correct time the next day it started running again, without changing the batteries or anything...! It kept running till I moved out from my parents....
When my second grandpa ❤️ 😓died, my curtain crashed down, 3.30am, the exact time my beloved died. I put it on again the next day (it was glued) and it never came off again. Ever. Not even now as far as my mom knows.
I do believe the two wanted to tell me goodbye in any way. I still feel really sad when thinking about the two, but I’m also a bit glad they gave ME the sign they had to leave....goosebumpy...

To add: I truly believe that maybe.... just maybe, the universe not letting me die early and to keep going on w/ life is like some kind of a sign that I'm destined for something great, or something.. lol
