Suppose now is a good time than ever to come back on here and check in. Interesting to hear how this album sounds. Hoping for some self written/produced and better lyrics than previous. Lost interest many years ago, guess I feel she never advanced like I had hoped but we'll see how this album works out.

Where do you think she'll release her single first? Like which place will tell you first? I'm thinking YouTube. Spotify doesn't always tell me on time. Instagram & Twitter I don't have. I just want to know to turn on my notifications. My guess is spotify because of the playlist she made for promo. Did she make it for apple music too? OR maybe, official announcement/single release on youtube and reposted on insta/twitter, then shortly added to spotify and apple music She did one for Apple music too. I just put my notifications on Avril's YouTube page just in case. Her social media person probably did the clean up. I don't see Avril doing ALL that work herself. Her whole team is a mess. They need some guidelines to follow. |

I’m laughing at the speculation about specific dates. lmao just let things flow. The Instagram thing seems to me like she’s ready for the new era. Honestly she had a lot of horrible selfies, so good for her lol I actually love those pink, retro looks. Her hair and makeup are on point + she looks lowkey glam rock. Keep do in it, this is a FORUM I wasn’t judging. It’s just funny to me, because of the story of this forum of always hyping specific dates... and then, collective disappointment. |

But Lykke Li follows him and they interacted.
This happened around the time Avril posted a story singing I Follow Rivers by Lykke Li.
(I would DIE for a full, proper cover of that song by Ramona)

But I agree, I don’t even know how many times I repeated that short clip of her singing it, her voice sounded just perfect |

I think Avril unfollows people because she’s just tired of seeing them in her feed... maybe she doesn’t care about their current projects, or she’s not working with them anymore so there’s nothing of relevance to her in what they post. I doubt there’s any bad blood... I do that with old coworkers. I unfollow them because we’ve gone down two different paths, and even though I like them, so don’t need to see constant updates from them about things that don’t affect me. And if I’m following a celebrity I like but they spam too much, I unfollow them to make room in my feed for other posts I’d like to see but may be missing... I don’t think Avril is having beef with anybody.
As for Ellen and Carpool, it may be an indication that she was in talks at one point, but with the delay of the album nothing came of it and she’s tired of seeing updates from them... doesn’t mean an appearance in the future can’t happen

You can still follow them but you won’t see their post in your feed! |
