If you view the image in it's original orientation, it makes more sense visually. She has just jumped in and is on the way down. Her dress and hair are moving up. And, the bubbles coming out of her nose, of course, are rising to the surface. The position of her hands doesn't seem so unnatural.

In what moment they showed the dress of the underwater part of the videoclip?

Does it make sense doing a photoshoot underwater to use a frame of the video to promo?

Thank God they confirmed it was from the album shoot.

It looks much more natural and better in this way. I guess they cut her legs because she reached the pool's floor.

Hold on a minute, she's about 155cm tall right? Her arm length to the fingers must be a bit more than half a meter, but she has her arms upward at an angle, so that's at least 15 centimetres off, and assuming her other leg is vertically down, she'd span a total of 190cm, which would be just about the total height of the deep end of a private swimming pool (usually goes to about 2m depth). The photograph was taken at an angle, but still underwater, and it seems there's way more than just ~10cm slack at the top. 
Conclusion? Either she wasn't completely vertical, or her other leg was actually positioned behind her, instead of downward. Or was she kneeling?
