Anyone can say anything. She has been so many hard parties behind closed doors back around in 2004-2007. We will never know what she has done back then on those parties. As far as I remember Rihanna said she only uses marihuana sometimes, but at some party someone filmed she used cocaine, and someone made a photo where she sits in some guy's neck and using cocaine. She stated she was making a joint on the pictures, but that's ridiculous. Altough the photo and the video is not that clear, but anyone who has seen someone using cocaine and/or marihuana OR used them: the difference is pretty obvious since cocaine is a kind of white powder you snort in your nose with a rolled piece of paper (like money paper), and from marihuana you have to make a joint, a cigarette and it is not white and not like powder.
All I wanna say is that Rihanna said she was using only marihuana, but it is absolutely a big big big lie. We have never seen Avril using anything, but she keeps her private life in 7 locks and she was a big party girl back then. And she can say she's against drugs, because maybe she's tried some of them and had bat trips or let-downs after using it (if you use any kind of drug, the time when the intense feel starts to fade is pretty depressing).
Unfortunately I had been there too. I'm not gonna get in the stories now. BUT: I can tell if someone's not sober by looking in the eye from only a picture. And I have seen some Avril pictures where you can absolutely tell she's not sober.
I'm against drugs. Yes, I am saying this now. But I tried them, I used them. This not means that they were the everyday part of my life, but there was a time I used them pretty hard and I still have some friends using them.
Avril was young, she was a pretty bad and rebel girl from a family where they had strict rules. Mostly people who get free suddenly from this kind of family starts to taste life so much and hard (this is a fact), and she did. I'm pretty sure she tried so much things, she had the possibility and she wasn't that angelic girl who whould say no to such bad and exciting things - at least I can't really imagine. IMO she tried them, she had some bad times with it and with the time she realised that it's not that cool that it looked first sight
