If this is really going to be the album cover... Well, I'd expected something lighter, something that gives off more vibes of hope than darkness. And Avril's expression seems a little forced or so. Dunno, it just doesn't look very comfortable, nor the way she seems to clutch her guitar. But I really like the reflection in the water.
Anyway, this obviously isn't the full picture and the quality isn't that good either. The full picture could have a much better / different impression, maybe even slightly lighter colours. So I'll just wait and see. Hopefully that fan club is right and we will indeed get the album cover this week, or at least before Christmas.

Avril and BMG always had a plan since they dropped the lead, it was definetly a slower process compared to today's A-list artists but this prove that they care about her music, and that Avril still cares about her music and her fans and that the album cover , tracklist and the pre-order will be announced really really soon.
I know I'm gonna get a lot of backlash, but people here need to have more faith in Avril and this process in general.

Finally a new song! I like the cover. Granted all the single covers will be better than the actual album cover LOL.
It doesn't really look like an uptempo song. Definitely dark, maybe mid tempo..I hope it's not another ballad.

Another wednesday. So the Feb 20 is most likely the release date Albums don't come out on Wednesdays. It's funny because before Head Above Water was release, any time I was saying 'they should release it on Wednesday' people were telling me it's a bad idea, I'm wrong... Glad now it's proven Wednesdays are the best days for single releases. Surprising they are releasing a track not mentioned in the press release. Promo single? |

Despite her teasing, this came quite unexpected for me. I mean, we're talking about Avril. How many times has she teased us just to disappear again without actually releasing anything?  But it doesn't really matter now. New single is coming, in just 7 days!! I just hope we'll get the exact time s**n. I wonder if "Tell Me It's Over" is the new song she sang on that Honda stage? And is it a real single or just a promo single? Will there be a music video?  |
