I've been listening to "Nobody's Fool" recently and I've just got to say that I think it is an amazing and underrated song. One can argue that the song has its faults (I personally am not a fan of the double negative with "I'm not nobody's fool"), although it is both an addictive and fun song that offers something different from the rest of Let Go. I appreciate that Avril tried something unique with the "rapping" she does on the song, and I like how it's distinct enough without breaking the cohesion of the album. I think album cohesion is an area where Avril generally struggles, so I always appreciate the diverse yet cohesive nature of Let Go.

All of her LG bsides are massively underrated. They'd have made one hell of an album, better than GL or AL.

I like the LG B-sides as well and think they would have made a good album by themselves, however I also understand why she never released them as I don't think most of them are really her style. |

I feel that Alone and Hello Heartache might be the most underrated songs by Avril. I am so sad the former was originally released in Japan only! It is completely TBDT to me. And Hello Heartache is so unique and shows her vocals.
Also, while we are on the subject, though it was a special song on the expanded edition of self-titled only - her cover of How You Remind Me is so good. I know it's a Nickelback song so people don't think of it as highly if they think of it at all. But that piano, and her almost haunting voice in it...it is very well put-together and absolutely underrated. I wish more people heard it.

^ I don't listen to how you remind me often but if I do play it, I play it a few times. I think it's one of her best vocally. She made the song sound like HER despite the lyrics being very Chad. If I pay attention to the lyrics the songs doesn't make much sense to me. Idk how to explain it. However, it is one of my favorite Nickelback tracks. And I wish she'd release the upbeat cover she made of it.

So I'm listening through Avril's entire discography again and I'm currently on the Let Go b-sides. Might I just say I think Make Up is one of her most underrated songs ever? It's honestly one of my favorite B-sides, maybe even my top favorite from the Let Go b-sides.
