It depends. Dumb blonde still has 2 versions on spotify. What i was thinking about is that maybe she will make a shorter version for Devil, like, cut the intro and the outro, especially for radio. So maybe there will be 2 versions of Devil, like DB

Fly memories coming back?  You know, I always see fans talking about how Avril made a fan contest for Fly... she did but it WASN'T for the single cover, it was for merch. I remember specifically because I got my mum to buy me one at the time lol Wasn’t there a spelling error or something? Or was that for the foundation? |

To be honest, I'm a bit afraid they will use a random generator for choosing the cover...like, skip and repeat till they find one that they like. That way u dont have to look at all of them.
I hope not, i wish they will lookto all of them and talk about them, idk, and then choose one.

There's a whole team of people that can look at them so it's not like only 1 or 2 people are trying to look through thousands of entries.
I think on Apple Music the cover art is just the album cover, unless Avril decides to release it as a separate single. It probably won't make any difference for streaming services, but maybe if she performs it live they will show the artwork there. Like how the host of the show always has a large cutout of the album cover to show when introducing the artist. They could use it there. Or as a background on screen while she's singing. She might change it to her profile pic for awhile. I'm sure they plan to do something with it or else they wouldn't have bothered asking fans to design it or would be willing to pay for it. Maybe they will make special merch for it and include it on a T-shirt or something.
TMIO and DB both had single covers despite the fact they were never really used for anything.

^ yes but that was before the release of the album.
I didn't think about her using it for her new icon pic or merch. Although I think she'd have to pay them royalties if she does that not just the 1,000.

^ yes, but still, all of the single official artworks have been uploaded there. I know it’s not posted by her team, but it’s a reliable resource and not a small thing.
Not sure about either to be honest, if they are fan made, but they look very cheap compared to her other single covers. If she chooses a fan art that looks like these two, then I don’t see much merit in saying “I did this cover”. Hopefully she’ll go for a great one, like so many that have been posted.

Yes. She looks like she’s about to film It Was In Me, because she looks like in the IWY mv. I hope it’s not the filter but an actual change in her appearance Definitely for Devil. Wouldn’t make sense to film IWIM now but then again it’s Avril so who knows. |
