I still don't have my money back from Ticketmaster for Amsterdam and Cologne. Only the VIP part I got back. I don't think the tour will be reschedualed to be honest... I mean... it's Avril and we haven't heard anything about it only that she's sad she can't come to Europe right now so.. I'm not surprised but it frustrated me tho.. I think she will create AL7 (but might be out in 2022 cause earlier I don't expect that) Tho she has SO much time now since the tour is not going to happen and she has a home studio, she could create a whole new record this year and put it out. No promo in real life due to Corona and no live performances so there's that.. but.. only in my dreams.

If Avril and her team have no intention of rescheduling the tour, I still don't understand why the promoters and venues say otherwise and insist that our tickets are valid for the new dates. They are not in communication??! lol, I mean, according to members of the band, in their lives instagram, they know absolutely NOTHING. So Who lies? We would have to push them and send them emails or tweets because they seem to be laughing at us.

Its between the venues and Avrils label/management. Avril, and especially the band, aren't involved in day to day talks and planning on regards to refunds or rescheduling. Legally anyone who bought a ticket would have to get a refund or have their ticket honored at a later date but that doesn't mean they have to do it immediately. They're not just doing this with Avril, it's so many artists/events, so many companies, so many venues. Everyone's going to be trying to organise stuff at the same time and no one has enough money just lying around to refund everyone at the safe time. It's going to take a while.

Maybe go on her DMs and ask her. If she gets a lot of DMs about the same topic she could notice and let you know what's going on. Even if she doesn't have much say in you getting your refund from the venues, she HAS to know more than the fans. Clear things up.

I don't think Avril knows anything regarding refunds. Her statement was always to contact the ticket provider. She probably doesn't even really know if any dates will be rescheduled.

I understand her team, promoters and venues are all under pressure and that it's not easy to come up with a backup plan with the whole world in chaos, BUT I really don't understand Avril herself. Why bother posting your food, partying etc without at least giving your fans some kind of updates or mini covers, any kind of interaction for God's sake. As much as it hurts writing this, I think, she simply just doesn't care. At all.

It's really sad.. it would make me so happy to see some live videos from new songs. Like really happy since the tour is cancelled.. It's kinda difficult to be such a hardcore Avril fan cause we all have to wait and see nothing but (good) food in her stories xD

How is it with the tickets getting refund? I still can not get my money back because it says it‘s postponed but is it really? And if so, will I still be able to gi to the concert with that ticket?

If they do actually reschedule the date, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you decide not to go, they'll give you a refund at that point. But right now nobody really knows if the shows are going to be rescheduled or not. Some dates may be saying they're trying to find a new date just so they can hang on to the money longer with no intention of actually rescheduling.

I finally got mines from TicketOne... I bought 4 for Milan and It took me 1 month to get the refund back. TicketOne sucks as a company really never buying again there
