Yes I think at some point we will all get the virus. I‘m not even scared of getting it myself but I live with my parents and they should not get it. Especially my mother because she suffered asthma for almost 20 years and is still having problems sometimes. — When I first started with uni I thought that I‘d love what I am doing but after 4 years I‘m just not happy with it. I think I will be able to find a good place to work but maybe I will try something new in the future.

Yeah, I’m staying in and hardly leaving the house, since I also live with my parents. Any my dad also is part of the ‚risk group‘. And I don’t think I‘ll be going back to college any time soon, my school is already planning the next semester to be distance learning.
I started out at a different university and switched not just school but my major too. That’s how much I hated my first choice (I‘ve never been one to give up in school). At first I really loved doing Business Management by now I really miss some kind of tech aspect. Luckily enough I can apply for a master’s degree with involves more technical topics and damn, I hope that will be good. But first I have to graduate next year. I am just glad I am ‚a year behind‘, those poor students going through finals now. I have a lot more compassion for college students than for those in school. Here the A-levels/high school finals are a lot easier in my opinion. Only half of the subjects and no oral exams.
All in all our current situation seems pretty stable. Restaurants opened a week ago, shops are all open but events are still not allowed. Cinemas, theaters, museums are still closed, swimming pools and other swimming opportunities are closed etc.

From this week onwards the true danger zone begins for the west. Mobility is returning to normal in most countries, and many are phasing in tourism in June and early July. Many are also considering allowing small concerts. Will cases stagnate? Will they increase? We're about to see it all. Paradoxically, "vaccines by September" timeline is only achievable if cases stop falling, as the trials need contamination of vaccinated and non vaccinated observed groups.

That’s wrong on so many levels... Can you imagine if someone posted something like this six months ago? They would be thinking WTH.

Some free market libertarian fundamentalists here in Europe are already trying to undermine post-covid reconstruction by dismantling the welfare state. Radical elements of German CDU are proposing minimum wage slashing, which would cause a cascade of wage cutting, elsewhere there are talks of cutting unemployment benefits and other similar government expenses. At one point such maneuvers should be open to criminal prosecution on the grounds of crimes against humanity. Merkel, Macron, Johnson, Trump said it's "nobody's fault", so they should act like it. Pump up the central bank money printing (it's not like we're in danger of a big inflation), hike up the budget, hollow the wealth above 15 mil with a "warren" tax, instead of listening to the washed up austerity parrots who'd rather nuke the economy than let it be recalibrated for today's needs.

If the guy shooting Holy Water from his squirt-gun shot you, and you were a vampire and didn't know it. You'd be in a world of hurt

I think Switzerland is on a good way for reopening as long as the virus doesn’t get out of control again. And I hope all other countries recover as soon as possible too. And damn America is really struggling these days.. stay safe everyone!

With so many experts giving contradictory advice, how is an average person supposed to know what to do, regarding masks? Anyway, on a serious note, here is something interesting and hopeful.
