In Holland they're opening a lot with a maximum amount of people but honestly I think it's way too early. I think a lot of new people will get sick and so it keeps spreading.. I noticed they cancelled the Dutch football league, and said it won’t be back until there’s a vaccine. So I’m surprised to hear this, what’s opening? Like cafes and restaurants. Inside 30 people, outside it doesn't matter as long as there is 1,5 meter distance is present.

Had a walk into the city centre this afternoon for the first time in months and it’s still like a ghost town. Just to be able to sit inside or outside a cafe again will be a big thing for me. Do t know how much you enjoy simple things until they aren’t there.

^ I agree. There were so many things I was looking forward to doing this summer (especially because my birthday is this month) that likely won't happen. My boyfriend and I like to usually go to our local drive-in movie theater a few times in the summer, depending on what they're showing. You'd be surprised to learn it may not open until August, why they think it is unsafe for people to sit inside their cars and watch a movie, I don't know, there must be other reasons that factored into them not opening but as of now they aren't open. We also usually like to attend a local minor league baseball game that's near me a couple times in the summer. No word on if it's happening with limited audience or what. I want to be able to go to the beach for my birthday, I would think that is ok provided everyone is staying apart, but the beaches could get filled up fast especially with parking and if they limit capacity.

The beaches have been packed over here since they started “easing” lockdown measures.

I was born in July and I too would like to celebrate my birthday on the beach, as always. Here in Italy things have definitely improved even if the situation in Lombardy remains to be kept under control. From today it has been possible to move from region to region and now we can only hope that the level of infection remains low. Unfortunately it will not be a summer like any other.

They could actually re release 2012 the movie. It fits better for 2020.

Hows it safe for the 4 playoffs teams to play but not the rest? Not to mention the cost - we’re looking at being down £300k by competing in the playoffs when it should be a huge money spinner, one or two teams aside L2 teams loosing that amount of money could put them out of business. But yeah I agree, I get L1 is more contentious as I think the PPG arrangement will see some important changes in the table whereas nothing really changed in L2 so nobody cared, and I guess half of L1 can afford to finish the season and the other half can’t, whereas in L2 nobody can. They should just end them both though - the intention to play the playoffs is just ridiculous.

If they are going to go ahead with just the play offs it seems a bit unfair to me. What about the team who is sitting in seventh for example and still would have had a chance of promotion if the season finished.
I'm not happy about what Sunderland are doing with my Season ticket. No option of a refund if games are behind closed doors, only a streaming pass. Streaming passes to watch games are available as it is and they are a lot cheaper than a match ticket!

Yeah it’s a difficult one. Interested to see what L1 decide, especially as they need to replace Bury somehow. Where do you end up if they go with points per game? That’s really bad! I’d expect at least them to offer it as a voucher against next years ticket or something.

36 deaths in the UK reported today. All 36 a tragedy of course. That being said, as one of the worst affected countries, I’m hoping this is a sign the virus is on its way out.

In China (if I'm correct) they are planning the 2nd lockdown... so all the people who are now going to restaurants and such and being in the crowd have a high risk of getting infected.
