The new Avril Lavigne subreddit! (r/avrillavignemusic)

Dear my fellow bandaids,

Avril has not had a good representation on Reddit in recent times. The subreddit r/avrillavigne has moderators which do not care about the demeaning text and images that are posted all over their subreddit. The majority of people on the subreddit treat Avril like an object and do not truly care about her music. The subreddit every once in a while would have an actual Avril post, but it was far and few between. The recent post which is nsfw and depicts Avril in a awful way, has sent me over the edge. I was waiting for someone to do something about the demeaning content all over the subreddit. The majority of the moderators actively participate in demeaning behavior, and they refuse and barely even moderate the sub. After seeing the recent post, I knew I had to do something. I created a new subreddit called r/avrillavignemusic and this subreddit will be moderated to prevent all paparazzi pictures and nsfw content from polluting the sub. I encourage you to use r/avrillavignemusic instead of r/avrillavigne because we wish to create a new age of avril on Reddit which will be free from the demeaning text and images that pollutes r/avrillavigne. The new subreddit will be all about Avril and Avril’s music instead of treating her like a object like the majority of people on the old subreddit. I hope you will support me in my cause and represent Avril on Reddit like how she should be, a queen.
