I don't even think this can be classified as a leak. It's literally their teams that put the song there.  Then it’s a terrible handling of things. Don’t know if it’s her team or his. But knowing this song probably won’t be announced till next week or the week after (we’re still 3 weeks away from its release), why would they already promote it? the artists have to break the news. If it’s legit, the announcement is right around the corner. They technically promote the collaboration for the past 2 or 3 weeks building hype around it. Mod, I can bet, isn’t popular in China, Avril is big there. I think you know it’s a bigger shot, overall actually, for him Exactly my thoughts! But I'm living for those visuals 😍 I thought the same, looks a bit photoshopped like it’s two separate pictures put together. Plus Avril was wearing a different outfit in the video they posted about the photo shoot and I don’t remember seeing the colours in her hair. Obviously I imagine they would have had a selection of different outfits to choose from though. I do like the look of this though and would love a physical release to add to my record collection. The bandanna ModSun’s wearing is the same. But I also Don’t remember any colors in her hair. We shall see!! |

I hope it's legit, not because of the cover (it's alright tho, it's simple, I like it), but because it confirms the release date to be on the 8th of January, which is the first possible friday of the month (technically the first friday is the 1st of Jan). That means we'd get the song right after the holidays, which would be really fucking nice.
Does anyone know which site they got the screenshot from and if it also reveals the length of the song?

But you need a Chinese IP address to access the site. So either proxy or have someone in China to look it up for you. Edit It seems that it's confirmed to be real as it's under Mod Sun's releases on that streaming platform. |

The hair could be just extensions she put for the photoshoot only. The picture does seem a bit weird but it could be just the flash which makes everything looks flat. I get 2012 vibes bc oh her hair LOL these are new by the way. I'm glad she didn't put those ugly braids tho. Let's wait for the mv tho... xD
i also like the title...i just hope it doesn't have anything to do with motorcycles or something like that...i don't see how that could turn out any good tbh xD

Avril’s been in the studio with ModSun as well, I can’t imagine they really stay 6 feet apart at all times or wear masks while working together.
Well the cover is really simple and I don’t like how ModSun looks but I like Avril’s look which is all that matters to me anyway lol I like the rainbow hair, I think it’s possible they’re just extensions or maybe were edited in post. Just because she wasn’t shown wearing that outfit in her SM post doesn’t mean anything, they usually have a few different looks for photo shoots.
If it’s from some Chinese streaming site I’m sure this is legit. Jan 8th is a good date, right after the holidays when everyone is sick of Christmas music, and we won’t have too long to wait.

The editing just looks a little strange to me, like it could be photoshopped, even though they were together for the shoot. |

Yeah the closer I look at the photo the more I think it’s edited (and I don’t mean a fan edit). The shoot is legit, but I think the photo itself is weirdly photoshopped. If you look closely, ModSun’s shoulder is practically in Avril’s chest and the way her hair falls isn’t natural looking. Like if they were really standing that close together some of her hair would probably fall on his shoulder and head but it isn’t. I think they might have just taken their favorite pose from each take and edited the best ones together.

Yes. The photo editing is fucking weird. It looks like bad photoshop. The bodies look weird. And the pink background seems pretty simple to me .. Well, it could have been worse, I still have nightmares with the cover of "Fly". Avril covers in general are bad ... It makes me mad because the previous modsun singles have good covers. And yes, I think her hair is photoshopped .. I would like her to wear it like this for the video.
