AL7 Album Speculations Thread

I know a lot of you guys like this thing about her riding and that...sorry to ruin it to you, but i don't see how bikes or riding or motorcycles related topics could work in a song to begin with. It's actually worse than MFP in my head. Maybe I'm wrong BUT... i'm afraid it will end up like a cars' commercial or something.

yeah we've had this conversation a lot but at the end of the day fans will be fans and get excited. Then there's us jaded folks lol

I don't get the hype of the "names" on the board. These songs aren't even registered yet and even if they will. They doesn't mean we'll hear them or that they'll make the cut.

I was cautiously excited at first but the more updates we’re seeing from her, the more confident I am that she is probably further along in the process than we might have realized and that the album hopefully won’t be delayed or scrapped. She seems very focused this time. We know GL had issues due to the label, AL she just didn’t seem passionate about music at that time and had no direction, followed by more label issues, and HAW she was coming off a long break, probably didn’t know whether to make the album full of Lyme songs or love songs, and wanted to take her time to ease back into things and make it perfect. But this time around she’s had pretty much nothing else to do anyway except music and she’s in a much better place health wise and relationship wise. With ModSun putting out his own stuff and especially kicking things off with a collaboration between the 2 of them, it seems like the wheels are in motion and should be a good motivator for Avril to get her own stuff out in a timely manner.

I was thinking the same. Pete was in Costa Rica a few weeks ago and doesn’t seem to have gone back to Avrils for Christmas. He used to like all her posts too but hasn’t since the end of November. Honestly wouldn’t surprise me at all if she was dating Mod Sun lol, her track record for it is just ridiculous.

Yeah it's true we have not seen much of Pete lately, even if they've broken up I hope this doesn't mean she's going to scrap all the work they did together (unless it was just demos that she is now finalizing in the studio with Feldman). And I hope if they've broken up it doesn't mean she is automatically now dating ModSun. Then when the inevitable breakup happens, their material is scrapped and we don't get an album until 2024.

Honestly though with the way they interact together in the studio, I get more of a friends vibe from them and like ModSun is in awe to be working with a legend like Avril, it's not exactly the way I think a boyfriend would react. If Pete and her are done, it doesn't necessarily mean she's now dating ModSun lol
