I thought "Grow" was the last short song. I couldn't believe it. But as long as it is well structured, I don't mind the case like Bite Me, when you slow down the song, it actually can be stretched up to 3 mins, which means the song was stuffed a lot. That's the only area I'm positive about. But if something like "Grow" again, no please

I don’t think it’s a big deal if the songs/album are short as long as it feels “complete.” Ex: Contagious is barely over 2 minutes but it has a complete structure with a bridge and doesn’t feel like it ends too abruptly.

As I dont pay for physical albums anymore (and just a few € per months for Spotify), I cant be too mad at 30 minutes. But still I hoped for more songs and longer ones. Like 1:50 can never be a full song to me.

Hey all! Wow that's a lot of news. Glad we finally have a date and now it's all set. I LOVE the cover, I think it's one of her best (if not the best). Literally nothing wrong with it at all IMO. I don't think the little string below the heart is a 1 though. It's just supposed to look like a spray paint drip just like at the top of the heart.
Though I am very unsure with that tracklist. That's extremely short. Much shorter than I would have expected given the repeated hype cycles we've all been through. That maybe also explains why her recording process seemed to be the quickest it has ever been and why she said she had material for two albums (meaning she had enough for about a slightly longer album's length). Generally I don't get on well with the short song trend. It often feels like they end before I can really get into them and it makes me actually NOT feel like repeat listening. That's not saying the songs will be bad though, I'm still hopeful they're well produced pieces with a bit of variety that are full small experiences. I also sadly just don't like the album title at all. It seems to indicate a lot of brattiness and makes me worry for half an hour of repeats of Bite Me rather than a more mature take on pop-punk I was hoping for.
Also shout out to ame · 雨! Loved reading your composition post. Very informative and entertaining and makes me appreciate more what I otherwise would just see as a cool picture. What a legend.  |

Its a pity that these songs are THIS short!!
At least she could've just maintain the usual lenght, a 1:51 minute song lenght its a shame especially being the closing track.
I don't know what to expect, i hope that her next album and era would be different and that this is only a transitional one to grab some new fan...
We'll see, i like the album cover tho.
