As far as i'm aware Bandaids has always been the forum and then extended into a "website" such as the blog and gallery.

My suggestion would be if we got the backup of the gallery and uploaded it somewhere in a private album and we could link it from here to wherever it's been uploaded. Yeah cause hosting the gallery here would require a bigger server and an annual fee, which we don't have at the moment. Maybe hosting it in a flickr account, or something like that. Free accounts with tons of gigabyte per user. In flickr are 1000 GB per user.

Can we then put everything into the same gallery? not sure.

That means we would need more than one user correct? Can we then put everything into the same gallery? not sure. I'm not a Flickr Pro, but i'm convinced that virtual space companies like Dropbox are offering very very small space, the minimum possible. Even Google Drive and others offers an arbitrary ammount (15, 20, 50 GB and so on). The Google Photos app have an option: "Unlimited space for photos lesser than 16 MPIX" and Google Drive space for bigger ones. ¿unlimited?! I think Proboards only sell for the money. Proboards have tons and tons of Gigabytes in her servers. We don't need to pay for space. The promo of 1000GB per account of Flickr seems real. Is really a vast amount of space. I think is rivalry among companies, like Pinterest and Google Photos. Flickr want to stay in the top. www.flickr.com/new/ipadinsight.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Flickr-iPad-e1431218559986.pngcdn.iphonephotographyschool.com/wp-content/uploads/Flickr-iPhone-Photos-App-3.jpgI don't think we would need more than one account. But if we want to, another email, another flickr account. Is like 1image=10megabyte, then 100.000 images. But probably in flickr aren't nested folders for the gallery, just simple folders. Greetings

I don't think Google Photos is suitable for use with our gallery. It doesn't support "hot linking".

I still think we should use @booknerds suggestion of sosugary.com- it's the same gallery software.

I believe that Flickr would do the job. There's plenty of space even for the free account. Plus the gallery could be divided into more accounts if needed.

I still think we should use @booknerds suggestion of sosugary.com- it's the same gallery software. So Sugary seems like a gallery of a fanpage, with the same structure. Sosugary provides enough space, and other requisites? I don't know about gallery software but compatibility is a good point. If sosugary is the pick, i'm agree.

Whatever hosting we decide to go for, we need to have an acess to the actual photos. Do they still exist? I mean does Sharifa or someone else still have them?

I've been a part of bandaids for a few years, but with the site change I lost my account and like most people, had to start over. However, that doesnt matter- like Francy said, the reason why we're here is to support Avril! Long live Avril Bandaids <3
