For some odd reason, I can't log in to the mobile version of the site. And this has been going on ever since the theme of the site changed.

I don't have any problem either. Maybe it depends what kind of phone/browser you're using? I'm using Safari on the iPhone 4S.

I prefer login with the mobile version of the page, rather than Tapatalk. The times i used Tapatalk i was spammed a lot with Tapatalk ads, and Tapatalk notifications. I unistalled Tapatalk all the times i tried to use the app.

helloheartache, Until it's discovered what the problem is, here is a temporary work-around. • Scroll to the bottom of the page while on mobile and click on "Desktop" in the bottom right corner. • Once on the desktop version, Login as you normally would • After you've logged in, scroll the bottom and find the link at the very bottom (by itself) that says "Mobile Version" ^ The "Mobile Version" link will only appear if you are using a mobile device, it will not appear for users on a computer If you could tell us more details about your problem and what you have tried to do in order to fix it, we might be able to help.

I don't use Tapatalk either, just the regular mobile version of the site. Never really had a problem.

What does it say when you try to login? You could try Tapatalk, too. helloheartache It brings me to the first page again, where it says "Welcome Guest. Login or Register".

The problem is that I've tried that as well and it doesn't work either. It just brings me to the mobile version of the site again. And tbh, it is extremely frustrating to try to login everyday to my account and not be able to do so. I literally have no idea as to what to do. I don't even know what is going on. Before the font/theme of the site changed to the new one, everything was fine and I could log in to the mobile version of the site perfectly fine. But ever since the theme/font changed, I can't - not only click on "Desktop" after scrolling down the page - but also log into my account.

I'm using the Android browser on my Galaxy S5. I'm also using the Android browser on my tablet. I find I'm always asked for my username and password to get into the site but I've also noticed that my password in the settings menu is different to the one I use to get on the site so..... Yes, there is something funny going on with passwords for mobile devices. On my desktop I am automatically always logged in.
On a separate note this site was set up in June and it wasn't until October that I was allowed to join, I don't know why which I found very unsettling.

Also, I wanted to add that I use google as a browser on mobile. Does anybody know what is going on, or what can I do to stop having this problem?

But ever since the theme/font changed, I can't - not only click on "Desktop" after scrolling down the page - but also log into my account. Do you mean this new theme? Nothing has changed in terms of the login; a possible reason why you cannot login on mobile is because last year we had to remove the old login link to fix an issue; but some people have stated they can login fine plus as an Admin you cannot change or edit the mobile version of the site (only the desktop version) and I don't think I changed anything about the login apart from the other thing mentioned above. You do say you use Google chrome on your mobile- try a different browser as it could be a bug in Chrome. Because we don't have your account info (or manage it) I'd suggest contacting ProBoards about this on their support forum as I don't think we can fix this for you. You can contact them right here. (You don't need an account to make a support thread)
EDIT: I can log in to the mobile site fine on my Phone- it could be something to do with your Browser/Phone

I think that's because of a browser cookie/hasn't logged you out on desktop for whatever reason. If it's always logged in maybe you should logout and see if lets you login on your desktop again- if not, then that's why you're seeing two different passwords. The site launched in March, why wouldn't it let you join? What did it say? You joined BA on the 28th of June.

I darent log out because I'm worried I'll never get back in because I've no idea what my password actually is. Right, the site launched in March and I wasn't allowed to join till October. I have no idea why? Maybe something to do with these funny passwords or something, I don't know? Sorry I can't be more helpful.
