...any creeps here? Anyone who listens to New Years Day? Who has listened to them? Who else is a fan? Who has seen them live/met them? - Share with us!

As for me, I fell for them pretty fast and damn hard. I've seen them live twice, both times they were a support group for Escape The Fate on their Europe tours. They're amazing live, and Ash is so damn sweet! On Monday I saw them for the second time and trust me, that neck of mine still hurts from headbanging all the time and I had no voice left the next day. After the show I asked Ashley to sign my copy of Malevolence and she did, then she asked me if I wanted to buy a shirt, so while I had been waiting for the guy to give me my change (Ash was sitting on the counter next to me) she suddenly hugged me and said 'I love this girl' to the guy!  Goooooosh, I love her. And she liked my pants, I had been wearing the split pants I ordered from HotTopic last year, one leg is red the other one is black, like her hair.  |

I used to listen to them, I have one album of them. Are they still making music?
Edit: Just seen the new music videos and songs, they improved a lot!! They get better and better everytime they release new music! And they are currently on tour in Europe with Escape the Fate  |

I listened to them. I discovered New Years Day like 4 months ago, in my new smartphone. I like the fact that humans can be good and sweet independently of the profession or genre of music, he/she likes or he/she makes. The first time i heard a song of New Years Day was "Defame Me" and i think this song has quality. I like the energy that have the songs, and that i can hear and understand the lyrics. |

Defame Me has great headbanging quality. I guess that song is part of the reason for my neck pain after the show on Monday And they all are sweet! I'm always talking about Ash but the guys are great too! My mum was not so sure about Nikki but he is so funny. |

From the album "Victim to Villain" i also like "Death of the party". I got that album for Christmas! It such a shame how hard it is to get your hands on a physical copy of their albums and EPs here... and Victim to Villain was the first album I've heard of them so I wanted it sooo bad. In Hello Darkness you have those parts when you can hear her cry, she once mentioned that in an interview. |

I used to listen to music like this back in my teen days. Eventhough their
music is more metal they remind me of bands like Eyes Set To Kill and Flyleaf.
