Why do people so freak out over just a musician occasion. If she didn't decide to release music this year, why did she start working in the studio and post photos on the IG? Do you really think she is a kind of person to scrap her plan? Alice Cooper, KISS, Sammy Hagar all of them are rock music experienced-artist. This should be the biggest hint of why she went there
They are not alternative rock artists. It is very unlikely that she would collaborate with them.
not necessary have a collaboration right after, but in the future. That showed her interests to have higher position in music industry, thats just my consuption. If I was there and took pic with them, I might have something look up to them, otherwise, the photos are no meaning |

no one interviewed her??? i think in this video is a hint for this question. In the end of the video she is near some journalists? In this case a lot of people interviewed her. And probably she answered some interesting questions. PS: "Chad in Vancouver" is related to Clive Davis pre-grammy party? |

That first video where they're together on the red carpet seemed awkward. I'm sure they are on friendly terms and all, but that was just so weird. Like "Hey we are actually separated but here we are hugging on the red carpet."  I think they went as friends and that's it. Avril was so sweet to walk over to those fans in the second video. She didn't have to do that but she wanted to. She must have made their night.  |

Not to be consistently cynical, but if, by chance, they both wanted to guaranty column inches for their appearance at a party for which neither of them had any promotional purpose of attending- their showing up together would do it for sure. That may be the beginning and the end of the reasoning,
