Billboard recently released this chart arranging the top 20 "Happiest" songs of all time, although most of these songs are sad songs with the word "happy"in their titles.Lol Anyway, Avril charted, and I think you now know which song it is.Most of the songs are old songs too, so it's impressive they mentioned Avril. I didn't read your description first. I thought they were gonna include What the Hell  I think that's a very happy song Funny of Billboard to mention Avril now, just after she opened up. Have they posted anything about her all these months? |
