Although these songs may not have necessarily just been tacked on for the sake of it, they all were recorded for a different project before being added to Goodbye Lullaby. Black Star was for a perfume commercial, Alice was for the film Alice in Wonderland and Bad Reputation was recorded for an interlude on The Best Damn Tour. Although I'm glad all were officially released, which one do you think was the most unnecessary song to be added to the album?

Bad Reputation. Isn't personal Avril, it's just I can count with the fingers of one hand the versions of songs that I like more, or equal, than the original.

I don't get why BR is winning, honestly. First of all, it actually was only included on the deluxe version, while the other 2 were on both versions. It may not have fit with the rest of the album sound but I'm glad to have it because all we had before was a low quality version someone ripped from the video on the live DVD. It was nice to have the HQ version and I bet if we didn't, fans would be complaining that she never released it. Personally I love the cover and I'm glad she did release it.
Alice was fine for me because she released the full version. Before that we only had the radio edit which is missing the second verse.
So my vote goes to Black Star, even though I also think it wasn't unnecessarily added, but I probably could have lived without it. It's just an intro song and she isn't singing that much on it. It's repetitive also.

I don't think any of these songs have been added unnecessarily.
Like Amanda said, Black Star was a nice song for the fragrance, and it's nice to have the full version of it. And although I've heard much better intro songs before, I can't imagine GL starting with any other song.
Alice - well, we already knew the single version, but this extenden version is nice too, and something slightly new.
Bad Reputation is the only song that wasn't new at all but I remember being so happy to have it on GL. GL was the first album to feature a studio version of Bad Reputation, and back then I loved this song, so yeah, I was really happy about finally having it on an album. However, even back then I totally noticed how unfitting Bad Reputation was for GL. It's just got this TBDT sound (obviously).
But if I had to choose one of these songs I'd choose Bad Reputation because it just doesn't fit to GL. It should've been on TBDT or one of its singles. And by now we got it on the AL Tour Edition and on the soundtrack of this One Piece Film: Z anyway. xD

None of the above. Bad Reputation was a bonus track, so it doesn't really count. Black Star is just a little intro jingle and I have no strong feelings about it one way or the other. Alice isn't my most favourite song ever but it sounds like it belongs on GL.
If we're going to talk about "tacked on" songs, let's talk about WTH and Smile. I understand why the album needed a couple of catchy upbeat singles, but they've never sounded right to me. Terrible lyrics too. WTH endorses cheating on your partner, and Smile is apparently about being roofied.

From those, Bad Reputation. But in general, I have to agree with @harvey; those songs don't belong to that album, and they were the first two singles

Can't choose between Black Star and Bad Reputation. Alice is OK!

Technically Alice already saw a release, whereas the other two had not. So my vote goes to Alice, but honestly I feel like What the Hell deserves the nomination due to overall content
