Ok so I think they're fairly big in the US? They're country singers and country music basically isn't a thing in the UK but I went to see them on their tour last night and oh my god they were awesome. Does anyone like them? Their whole album "Start Here" is incredible but give Shut Up and Fish, Girl in a Country song and Fly a go  and maybe Smoke... and Sierra.. BogoGog24 I feel like this might be your kind of thing.. |

Maddie & Tae were definitely big here a couple years ago, Girl in A Country Song was their big hit. I did watch the video of it awhile ago and found it amusing, the song is cute too. I do like country pop music but was never really into them.

I thought they'd probably be well known there - though they stayed in one of the cheapest hotel chains here before their show last night so made me wonder if they'd ever been that big haha! Theyve just released Sierra here, think it's the first they've released in the UK, interested to see how it does because I love country but nobody's really interested in it here

I think they're pretty good. I first discovered them when the 'Girl in a Country Song' music video was released a while ago and was trending on YouTube.
I like how production wise they are more rootsy and country than most contemporary mainstream "country" artists whom are more poppy sounding.
"After the Storm Blows Through" & "Sierra" are my faves from "Start Here". I believe they are working on their second album...

They played a couple of songs from their 2nd album when I saw them - can't remember names but one of them I'm really excited for! I'll recognise it when it comes out haha |

I love them! I bought the first album Start Here and I hope they'll release a second album soon. What do you guys think of their latest song Die of a Broken Heart? I really like it! I’m interested to hear the second album cos their first was so good. They had a fab song they played on tour called “Just Fine” which I LOVED but I think they had label issues and had to scrap a load of songs, hope that one made it! |

I’ve just met these guys after a show at the Opry - absolutely beautiful girls inside and out! Both so lovely and absolutely stunning. They smashed their performance too!

For the last year I've been really getting into country music. I listened to Friends Don't just a while ago but today I found they touring with Carrie Underwood (who I love) and listened to their new EP. I like every song and also really enjoyed the video for Friend's Don't.

I also discovered them a few days ago on a Country Playlist, with Friends Don't. I feel they seriously convey emotions well, like with that song, you can literally feel the emotions the two people are going through! Also with Die from a Broken Heart. I enjoy the fun songs too, I think Girl in a Country Song and its video is brilliant lol, and so necessary actually, especially back then, also the very country sound is refreshing with even most country songs getting electronic elements these last few years. Love them!

They have a free fan club now. It's nice. They just released an EP and they gave exclusive access to tracks before they dropped.
