Avril Lavigne Performs at the 2022 JUNO Awards It's been over a decade since Avril last attended Canada's biggest music awards show. In a return appearance to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her debut album, Avril performed a medley of her greatest hits, including "Complicated" and "Sk8er Boi" from Let Go, "Girlfriend" from The Best Damn Thing, and "Bite Me" from her latest album Love Sux. She ended her set with an emotional rendition of her classic ballad "I'm With You." Additionally, she presented the TikTok Fan Choice award to Shawn Mendes and was introduced to the stage by host Simu Liu, who performed a parody of "Complicated" and encouraged the crowd to sing along.
