Ooh I love Friends.  My favourite character is Ross - yes he's a terrible boyfriend but I think he's hilarious. His character is slightly unbelievable but at the same time I think he's very human as he makes mistakes (the others do as well ofc). I like lovable nerds, even if he can be slightly arrogant. Adds to his character.  I like Ross's divorces as a running gag. Soooo many times haha. I normally prefer to watch the newer seasons though. I really like seasons 8 and 9, and I find the episodes with Rachel's sisters really funny, as well as the thanksgiving ones. Nice quote at the end there  |

I grew up watching friends. When it got released on Netflix, I watched the entire series in full. There weren't any episodes I hadn't already seen, but it was nice to watch them all in order rather than random reruns.
Friends is one of those rare tv shows that actually make you laugh out loud…and often. Most tv comedies have ironic comedy, but Friends had amazing writers who were able to make actually laugh out loud because it was funny. One of my favorite things about Friends is that its funny writing was persistent throughout the entire series - even the final season when big storylines were coming to closes, the writing was still funny. This is a quality that many comedies lack.

Great sitcom. It's no Frasier or Seinfeld, but it was undeniably funny and well-written.

My favorite character is Monica. I just love her running gags and her "I KNOW". Or Rachel's "Noooooooooo".
As a kid I didn't know Friends. I was a Full House person (still am). So I watched Friends last year for the first time and have watched it 3 times since then. I just enjoy watching it or just listening to it whenever I'm cleaning or cooking.
I think my favorite seasons are 4 + 5. I think they're the funniest and most consistent. And I just love the season finales (The One With Ross's Wedding, The One in Vegas). Of course all seasons are great but 4 + 5 stick out in my opinion.
My favorite male character would be either Joey or Chandler. When I first watched it I liked Joey the most. Now that I have watched the show 3 times I can say that I appreciate Chandler a lot more. He's sweet, caring, funny.

One of the best tv shows ever.
I started watching Friends when I started High school, maybe a year after the series had completely ended in the US, I was about 12/13 at the time.
Now, ten years later, I still regularly watch Friends and still find it hilarious.
It's one of those shows you can watch repeatedly and never gets boring.
I was so addicted to watching Friends, It used to be on a everyday on a TV channel here in the UK called E4 for like 7 years.
- Whose your favorite character? Phoebe of the main female characters and Ross out of the main male ones.
- What's your favorite running gag? There are so many good ones but I always loved how Janice Litman-Goralnik (née Hosenstein) sneaked up in every single season LOL.
- How many times have you watched Friends? A LOT!
- What's your favorite season/episode? all the seasons are enjoyable, however I preferred the first five years (Seasons 1-5) over the latter half (Seasons 6-10) I agree with Monet, season 4 and 5 are probably the strongest/best seasons.
My favourite episodes are; The One Where No One's Ready, The One with the Embryos & The One Where Everybody Finds Out.
