 This is a thread to talk about Simple Plan. Simple Plan is a pop-rock band from Montreal, Quebec (Canada). Canada! The same country as Avril Lavigne and many other artists. The Band has four studio albums: No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls (2002), Still Not Getting Any... (2004), Simple Plan (2008), and Get Your Heart On! (2011), the band has also released an EP titled Get Your Heart On - The Second Coming! (2013), in addition to two live albums: Live in Japan 2002 (2003) and MTV Hard Rock Live (2005). The band announced that their fifth album "Taking One for the Team" will be published on February 19, 2016. On November 30, 2015 the band revealed the title of the album would be "Taking One For The Team", along with the album cover and the first tour dates of the "Taking One For The Team World Tour", with shows scheduled in European countries.  |

I really like Simple Plan. I love the kind of music they do. My favorite song of theirs would be "Take My Hand"; the buildup in the intro is one of my favorite parts.

I really like Simple Plan. I love the kind of music they do. My favorite song of theirs would be "Take My Hand"; the buildup in the intro is one of my favorite parts. i love simple plan. Is one of my favourites bands because i grew hearing their songs. I think my favourite song is "perfect". But i like almost all the songs. I like the scooby doo songs too. The "Taking one for the team Tour" is up. I attended to "Get Your Heart On Tour" in 2011 Madrid and it was awesome. I really liked Simple Plan in their eraly days. I loved No Pads No Helmets...Just
Ball (2002) and Still Not Getting Any (2004). I got to know them through MTV, which feels like ages ago and it actually is. In my country MTV used to be free till 2009 +-, then it became a paytv channel. Before that time I watched MTV a lot and one day they played the video for Shut Up. I loved that song back then, mainly because at that time I was into bands like Sum 41, Blink 182, Good Charlotte and Avril  My taste in music has changed, though and I've not listened to their last three releases. When I was a teen I really liked those rebellious dudes, just like Deryck, Benji, Tom or Pierre, but now I prefer male voices like Yannis Philippakis (FOALS), so I really stopped listening to all those high-pitched singers. I believe Simple Plan is a band you grow up with and that brings you through your teenage days, not only because of their sound but because of their lyrics, too. Songs called I don't Wanna Go To Bed just don't call out to me anymore. And their music is too simple for me. But who cares about me anyway? Apart from my personal taste, Simple Plan's a band whos always been true to themselfs and their genre and that's a good thing, I suppose. Perfect World and Me Against the World. Good Picks Mohican. I liked their previous album Get Your Heart On. Good Singles: Jet Lag Summer Paradise Astronaut.... An good songs all the album long, This song saved my life, anywhere but here... And good live concert.  I don't like "I Don't Wanna Go To Bed" (IDWGTB) it's just a funny HK song that experiments with some unusual style in Simple Plan. But i support Simple Plan. I don't run away from SP just from 1 song that i dislike. I think Taking One For The Team (2016) will have better songs that IDWGTB for sure. One i like most is Boom with a lot of Special Guests like Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low, PVRIS, A Day To Remember, New Found Glory, The Summer Set and a lot more of Special Guests. I love the music of the others bands too. |

^ yeah ! that Boom music video was nice. Honestly I don't know most of the people who were in it but Mike from Mxpx is in there too and it's one of my ultimate favorite band so, that was very cool to see . It's always the best feeling to see two musicians that means a lot to you getting together. I think these MV shots were done the same day as the AP award thing took place earlier this summer.. since Mike and Simple Plan played at that event together.. Simple Plan and Mxpx fans usually don't come together, but i love them both. I must one of the only person to enjoy this .hm.  |

Cool! "I'll do anything" and "Boom" of Simple Plan, and "Responsibility" of MxPx. I like Both bands. I think music is better with union and fraternity, not separation. Are you going to a concert next months? |

Simple Plan Uploaded all to their youtube account ALL the songs of their new album: "Taking One for the team". All the songs for free in their official youtube chanel the same day the album reached stores: 19 february 2016. This is great. And only 3 days to the concert in Madrid: Wednesday 24 february! |
