Yes in seriousness I would really love to have a proper bonus track on the next album. Please no more old covers or these lame "acoustic" renditions of songs or bad remixes. I like the acoustic versions but the GL versions were so lazily done. I only like them when they actually sound authentic. But yes, don't think I'll get the deluxe version of the next album unless there's an actual new track. Yes acoustic versions like she did on TBDT are fine, but I hate these ones where it's obvious they're using the sane vocal and just changed the music.

My consumption on those tracks are that they are produced the way Avril actually wanted to be in Goodbye Lullaby. This is the only reason I could think of why just copying the vocal from the original version.

In all seriousness, I wouldn't like Bad Reputation to be on the deluxe edition of AL6 and I doubt any possibilities of it being on ANY editions of the next album. I mean, it's on the Goodbye Lullaby deluxe edition. Why would it beon the deluxe edition of AL6 as well? Surely, I'd like it to be on a future compilation (maybe a greatest hits album), but definitely not on any octhe editions for any of the albums she may release in the future.

I've seen other artists do "acoustic" versions like this as well like on the deluxe version of Danielle Bradbery's first album. It's only done to save time and money of recording a proper acoustic version.

Personally I think her cover is great, one of her best, but I don't understand why they keep putting it on every album instead of real bonus tracks. For GL it made sense because up to that time we didn't have an official version of it, so I was happy about that. But One Piece and AL, now it's getting ridiculous.

I'll cry-laugh if it is.
I would love to hear a brand new cover from her, instead of just rehashing the old ones.

I prefer acoustic versions of songs that use the original versions' vocals. Why re-record vocals for an acoustic version? The instruments are what need to be changed in order to make the song acoustic, not the vocals. And considering so much time and effort is put into getting the best vocal performance for the original version, why would an artist want to re-record vocals when they know they've already recorded the best they could once?
I personally like when alternate versions of songs (including acoustic versions) use the original vocals because it sounds better and sounds more professional than some half-assed, breathy one-take re-recorded vocal, (Avril's vocals on the ICDB and WYG acoustic versions weren't like this, but with most artists they are).
What is the benefit of re-recording vocals?

IDK about the 'benefit of re-recorded vocals', but I prefer Avril's vocal on WYG acoustic version rather than the studio version.

Personally j don't think the studio vocals sound better at all. I think they sound worse. Especially on such overproduced pop tunes like WTH and WYWH, her voice sounds really out of place all polished and auto tuned over acoustic instrumentals. The 2 don't mix very well IMO. It doesn't sound natural. It makes it sound very obviously rushed and fake. With something like Push that's already pretty acoustic and her voice sounds a bit more natural on that one, maybe you can get away with it. But I think it just sounds better overall to have a "live in studio" recording that really showcases the artist rather than just doing some quick studio magic that has no real feeling or authenticity in it. There's a definite clear difference in feeling between the 2 if you listen side by side. I'd rather have an imperfect but real vocal than these overproduced pop vocals that sound out of place. A studio might sound "cleaner" but it lacks the heart of a live easily IMO.

No and I don't want it to be on album 6 tho. That song gets old very quickly and boring. But that's my opinion tho
