The song itself might be boring (I feel the same), but The live performance is sooooooo perfect. That performance was okay, but it doesn't compare IMO to the performances I witness of Leona Lewis especially the song she covered "HURT"take a look. I know this is going off topic I actually might make a thread based on best live performances what do you think?

Emmy Lou Harris. She is another artist who I find really underrated and very talented her songwriting is so distinctive and creative within her stories, that she captures her emotions and feelings. Again she writes about different and dark songs again she doesn't write about a broken heart half the time it's more about inspirational themes and different stories that I find really inspiring again as a songwriter. Favorite albums Luxury Liner
favorite songs Pancho and Lefty, She, Me and Willie, Night Flyer, Hello Stranger, When I Stop Dreaming just basically the whole Luxury Liner album.

Yes, my music is based on more of the classic country and classic folklore music. But my music taste is very versatile because I have my favourite artists and bands within each genre, but not mainstream... I don't really like mainstream music that much. I went to Cambridge Folk Festival this year, any bands/artists you like from there? I'm not too knowledgeable on the genre. But I really enjoyed Katzenjammer, John Butler Trio and Treacherous Orchestra. I would just imagine that would have been a wonderful experience, was it? Was Larua Marling or Emmy Lou Harris maybe Frank Turner or Ray Lamontagne there? I know Larua Marling was there a couple of years ago, but I am not sure. Amazing artist you mentioned but sadly to say I don't know Treacherous Orchestra are these any good?

Thank you so much, I know your the only person that has been awesome. Yes, my music is based on more of the classic country and classic folklore music. But my music taste is very versatile because I have my favourite artists and bands within each genre, but not mainstream... I don't really like mainstream music that much. If you notice I have a Leona Lewis icon because she intrigued me of her Hurt ep because she covered one of my favourite songs Hurt by "Nine Inch Nails" personally in my opinion, it was as good as Johnny Cash's version, so she is my current favourite vocalist who can sing amazingly within range, and also I love her new album "I am" but it is mainly based on folk and country my music taste. So what music you mostly find intriguing and love? << this icon is funny.

Nope, you are not misunderstood. It's not a professional thing I just passion songwriting, I have a Soundcloud with all my songs that I have written, just a wannabe musician and also I do try and sing. And these artists that I listen really do help me to create stories within my own personal preferences I try to capture the darkness of society within my storytelling.

Johnny Cash I really find this artist to be one of my all time favourite artists very raw, distinctive, dark and unique within his style of playing and writing very inspiring to me as a songwriter. I just adore the classic country, but want makes Johnny so special is that he writes different themes it doesn't have to be all about the same story, for example, love or breaking the heart his lyrics and storytelling is so deep and fantastic and realistic within the darkness of society, it's very inspirational to a certain theme and mood he also captures this all within his unique voice, I know him, not the greatest technical singer but his talents lie in the way he sings, his tones, his mature because he is a baritone and also the way he writes his music. He also stated that you don't need to be a talented guitar playing to showcase your emotion, just three simple chords just can do the trick that's very inspirational to me as a guitar player and songwriter. Favorite albums American IV: The Man Comes Around and so many more. favorite songs I Hung My Head, Sam Hall, Desperado, Give My Love to Rose, Tear Stained Letter, Ring of Fire, Get Rhythm, Long Black Veil, I Got Stripes, I Walk the Line, Folsom Prison Blues, Personal Jesus, Cry, Cry, Cry, Hey Porter, I'm so Lonesome I Could Cry, Delia's Gone and Danny Boy

My favourite bands are Guns N Roses, The Pretty Reckless, The Neighbourhood and Pix Lax (Greek rock band). I also like Sum 41, Daughter, London Grammar, Echosmith, Pink Floyd, The Doors and I kinda like Led Zeppelin too, as well as Rolling Stones. Recently, I've been getting a bit into Muse as well and they're kinda good. But I've only heard some of their songs. I'm intending though, to listen to some of her albums too. You like Daughter and London Grammar.
