Whenever she sang it in a lower key I feel like it just made the song sound really flat and dull with like zero emotion. imo the song is dull and flat and when i seen it live it dragged even more that album version |

Like a year ago WatchMojo did a top 10 underrated Avril songs and TINS was number 1. And I just didn't understand why that song. Not sure if it's underrated by fans or not but it was by me at that time. Recently I have such a good time hearing it.
Dadadadadadadadada is so fun to sing to lol

So, I don't really listen to UMS anymore because my preferences have changed so much and the lyrics appealed way more to me when I was a teen. Now that I'm older, I find myself listening to some LG songs here and there, like TMTA (plus some other B-sides, but anyway). I finally understand why this album was praised more, lol. So simple but beautiful, just timeless.

You know TINS on B-Sides is odd without the dadas and the addition of the paused drumming during the chorus. I keep wanting to hear/sing the dadas and they just never come up. Totally better with them in it and yeah not sure how it's underrated.

I just listened to both recently and the Matrix Mix on the masters album sounds a bit different instrumentally than the album LG version. Maybe I'm just hearing things? The guitars sound different to me throughout the song like there was less of them used.
