So it’s next week now? Why does this kind of thing only happen to Avril? The invisible Anti-Avril group, they're an elusive bunch that hide in the shadows, curbing her success and making us all flop whenever possible - I suspect that the U.S government is involved, but who knows?

So yesterday was the last day to get that Avril Lavigne Foundation Head Above Water t-shirt... Anyone think that means a new single could be out in the next week or so or promo for a new single will start soon? Maybe it’s wishful thinking but I hope we get something new x

I don’t think the foundation t-shirt has anything to do with the single promo. It looks more and more likely the album is set for an early 2019 release at this point, so we probably won’t get another single until sometime in November. Many radio stations in the US begin playing Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving so perhaps they’ll want to get another single out before then. Next week is the last week of October, so yeah probably more like November we will get a new single, might just be a promo single with album pre-order, and it’s probsbly the other song she performed at the Honda Stage.

I think the next song released will be a second single, including video and radioplay. I also agree that we will most probably get it next month. It’s most (definitely) likely not even going to enter the Billboard 100, but at this point I don’t really care anymore. Avril is not a super popular artist anymore and that’s it. I hope this era has at least enough success to allow her to tour worldwide and release two or three more singles/music videos. I’ll be more than happy with just that.
It would be cool to get the album pre-order in November as well, to keep the hype going. I hope we don’t have to wait till January just to pre-order it.
I hope the next single isn’t a ballad. A mid tempo/upbeat anthem would be pretty amazing, in the style of her first three albums.

I hope that by the time the album is out her health will be good enough to allow her to tour worlwide. IMHO she does not need to chart as today's top artists do to let the world know she is a legend. HAW is out of many charts now, though it is a really really good song. Much better than the ones who are still charting now. She will tour one way or the other as long as her health and her body allows it.
