Is the glass of wine part of the scene props, or part of Avril's growing drinking problem?

These pictures give me some serious MHE video vibes.

We're even getting a music video?!! Really hadn't expected that! Awesome!

Judging by that one picture with the guy in the dark flannel shirt, the song/video is clearly about some relationship issues. Well, the lyrics Avril posted in the beginning of November already made that pretty clear, assuming, of course, they belong to the same song.

I personally am not a fan of songs that deal with romantic relationships as I can't relate to it, but from what we've gotten so far, Avril's songwriting has gotten a lot better, I bet I'll find a way to interpret it so that I can still relate.

The pictures increase my feeling of the song having jazz influence. I'd love to know if my feeling is correct; hopefully we'll get a snippet s**n. But even if we don't, just 6 more days, yay!!

Btw, I love those red baggy pants Avril's wearing in two of those pictures, they look so comfy. 😊

The 'hard' truth about 'love' songs is that its the easiest, most well-worn theme to go to, so its easy to make a song without putting much effort into it - you just stamp out generic lyrics so that it sounds sensible atleast at a first glance. Hell, in non-English parts of the world lots of people, probably most, don't even give a damn what the song's story is about, they just want to hear a pleasant melody and pleasant vocals, at least from what I see/hear from folk.

All I can say is.... YAAAAS ! I am so freaking excited for this song. And the storytelling video. I don't know why but I have a Breakaway-meets-MHE feeling for this. Counting down the minutes to the release.
