[SINGLE THREAD] Tell Me It's Over

I really love the single cover. The way all her hair in the front of shoulder, the crossed legs, the cool face really reminds me of 2002 Avril yet her fashion and hair style is mature as TBDT.

For the music vido shooting photos, seems down to earth and reality with so little effect and more acting. Im looking forward.

Oh yeah, Ryan Cabrera, ehhhhh... I listened to one of his songs some years ago, when we were still speculating whether he and Avril were together or not. I didn't like it at all. Way too autotuned, overproduced, totally predictable, simply completely generic. Of course, you shouldn't judge an artist by just one song, but this one was just too bad...


And Johan Carlsson co-wrote and co-produced "For You" and "Mr. Hughes", both by Demi Lovato. It's been ages since I listened to those songs, but I still remember not liking "Mr. Hughes", I found it way too jazz or soul (?) for my taste; simply not my cup of tea. I did like "For You", though. And if I remember correctly, both songs are well produced.

Justin Gray worked with Mariah Carey and Amy Winehouse before (among other artists), and he produced Melissa Bel's latest EP "In The Light", which imo is well produced.

All these people (except for Ryan) really give me jazz vibes. I swear, "Tell Me It's Over" will have jazz vibes too.

I felt the same about Ryan haha poor guy I just can't stand him for some reason.
Mellisa Bel isn't that great either but I think she and Avril will mix well.
Justin Gray never heard his collabs but Mariah and Amy are huge and talented so I have faith.
Johan Carlsson wrote Dangerous Woman? I love that song. Mr. Hghes with Demi isn't so bad.
For Avril's first Jazz inspired song (perhaps since there's no confirmation yet) I think she chose well.
I'm looking forward to how she uses Jazz influences in her music this album.

Ryan seems to know a lot of people in Hollywood so yea wouldn't be surprised. Through him Avril met Travis Clark who worked with her on HAW. Thanks to him she also met some of my fav wrestlers Miz & Maryse (she was on their reality show/they wore abbey dawn for her). Now Justin and Mellissa. I think he'll get a huge thanks from Avril on her album booklet.

Shall we assume it's the track from the black&white video from 2017 at this point?
