Damn it, I could've watched that on TV if only I'd known about it! 
At first it seemed they were just complaining about Avril. They said she seemed nervous and agitated, and when they asked her about Lyme, Avril broke off the interview for a moment. But later she explained that she just wants to leave that chapter behind now. In the end, the interviewers understood her and said that this woman is not someone spoiled and arrogant, but simply someone who's been through a lot. So, it ended on a positive note.
But, "Head Under Water"  ? 
Btw, I don't really understand why people keep asking Avril about Lyme. I mean, can't Avril decide before the interview that she doesn't want to be asked certain questions, and then her manager can tell the interviewers? Or do the interviewers simply ignore those rules and ask these questions anyway?
