I think so too! I'm also silent since I kind of expect they will come up with something! I honestly think the tour can't be postponed with all the things going on now and after Corona. Big crowds isn't wise to do..

Okay so I literally wrote to oeticket 5 e-mails about the refund. I bought a ticket back then for my boyfriend with oeticket carefree (insurance) and they are not answering AT ALL..... At this point I just wanna get my money back, because for me its clear they are not planning to reschedule the EU leg of her tour.

No refunds for those who bought tickets via Eventim (I think same goes for Austrain branch - Oeticket). They changed the law, so instead of refunds you'll be given vouchers which you can use until 2022. In case you don't use it, then you'll be given full refund.

I haven't really been onto bandaids prior to the COVID-19 pandemic so wanted to share my thoughts on the tour cancellation / rearrangement.
Firstly, I completely get it and it's not Avrils fault that the tour has been cancelled.. i'm sure she wanted it to go ahead, as did her band, management, tour crew etc. If we get a confirmed date of rearrangement shortly, despite again this potentially being out of Avril's control, then i'm happy for them to keep my money. If we don't get an update by the end of April, then I'll expect a full refund.
What is under Avrils control, is her communication with her fans and the message she puts out. Would this not have been the perfect opportunity to host a live concert from home, an acoustic set, a Q and A... just something to give back to the fans who were very much looking forward to her show? What is 2 hours out of an evening of lockdown to show appreciation to your fans?
Posting cooking videos isn't the way to make your fans feel better... posting videos of you having a pool party isn't the way to make your fans feel better.. and if I was her management, I'd be demanding that she does something via social media to keep her fans (old and new) engaged with her music and feeling like she cares. I'm not overly bothered about a "We are Warriors" single as it'll be a few changed lyrics and pictures her fans have sent through, it's hardly going out of your way when you're in lockdown 24/7.
I will always love Avril's music, but as a person and an artist, I can't help but think that she really doesn't give a damn about her fanbase as long as she has money coming in. Luckily for her, she has a really devoted fanbase, and despite this we'll all still listen to her music.

The message regarding the tour wasn’t good at all - we’re still none the wiser as to whether it’s cancelled or postponed and if it’s postponed why does literally every other artist have new dates except her?! I know it’s not her fault if her team are oddly slow to rearrange but some decent communication when people have hundreds tied up in tickets would be nice. I’m really disappointed but not at all surprised she hasn’t done a live video or anything. So many other artists I follow have done them, most of them regularly throughout lockdown. Couldn’t care less what she’s cooking for dinner and seeing her messing round in the pool of her mansion whilst the worlds stuck inside is a little done deaf. I don’t think her management care anyone than she does for some reason. Fan engagement is pretty much non existent.

Don't harass her over this. She obviously doesn't have an update to give, it's not all down to her. I know people want their money back but it's not like you've been waiting 6 months already. This isn't a regular cancellation/postponement situation. It'll get sorted.

Avril is not the one dealing with ticket agencies, booking venues etc it’s clear there isn’t any new information to give us at the moment, which is frustrating. However, I’m disappointed that Avril hasn’t even mentioned it at all. It would be nice just to see a small video from her saying even something generic such as “I’m sad the tour hasn’t worked out on this occasion, I can’t wait to come back to see you all soon”. This really doesn’t take much effort.
