I discovered Avril a few years ago and it was mainly through people talking about her online and finding her on Youtube. Which is where I learn about a lot of artists. I'm so glad I did! She's amazing!   |

She's amazing!  Just curious - did you know of Avril before that and just never really listened to her, or had you never heard of her or her hits before that? I had heard a few of her songs, and knew about Avril, of course. But I wasn't really a fan until a few years ago. I also kind of grew up on the Internet and haven't listened to radio that much at any time. I love music, and visit a lot of music websites, and have learned a lot about music history and artists. I don't have cable TV or watch Hollywood movies ever, and I have time to learn all about music and on my writing and my own songs. But there's more out there then I'll ever know, lol. I knew about Paul McCartney, but at 1 point I knew nothing about the Beatles. I just though that they were Paul's old band that he was in once before he became famous, lol! |
