I think it’s totally weird how he is smiling in the pic and Avril looks miserable. It’s like even she knows this relationship isn’t going to last and is just some desperate rebound fling. I can’t help but think, not necessarily that this Pete guy is using her, I think they became genuine friends on tour, but geesh, how does it look for this young up and coming musician from an obscure band to be touting around with Avril Lavigne? So he can go to swanky Hollywood events like this and rub elbows with industry execs? Meanwhile she gets to lug him around as her young cool boy toy. If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear this is just a PR relationship to help Jagwar Twin move up in the music world.

As a follower of celeb gossip, I would say PR too. I mean, they name him in the title of the article. But he's a nobody. Literally hired help for Jagwar Twin (Roy English). I'm just surprised they don't say a word about how miserable Avril looks with Smiley wrapped around her. All I can remember are those articles with pics of Brody kissing Avril where she looked almost asleep 😂
