After battling Lyme disease, Avril Lavigne returned to the headlines when she released her personal album 'Head Above Water'. Although its corresponding tour has been cancelled over COVID-19 concerns, she tells ET Canada's Carlos Bustamante that she's using her extra time at home to launch "We Are Warriors", a new project to honour those on the frontlines.
