Perhaps she might be using some older songs she hasn’t feel eased before and giving them a bit of a make over to fit the album, which is why she’s already started recording?

I am pretty sure she's in the mood of releasing an album quickly this time. Super sure about it.
Sh always delivered very great albums, but she never experienced the release of an album super quickly. I think she now wants to try.
So I also think she's using lots of old materials, changing it, re-recording, re-reproducing ... and also 2-3 new songs written now with ModSun

Well, Uncle Bob said her team knew about the drama of the online concert and what we thought about it. Maybe they've been around here for quite some time now. Maybe they read what we post from time to time and gather information on what fans want. Cause at the end of the day, we, the crazy hard-core fans spend time here, the people outside forums that just go on her social media once a month will buy the album anyways, they don't have so many requests as we do so i guess they are actually trying to please us this time (??) who knows...xD

We want new songs and for online concerts: also perform new ones. Not that hard, I hope her team or whoever reads our comments is pushing that through!
But I'm curious for a quick release, if that's what we get! If so it would be so damn cool!!

Maybe they read what we post from time to time and gather information on what fans want. I just thought of something really sad. If it was ever revealed that someone here was on Avril's team(or they joined the forum without any anonymity), they'd get constantly pestered about Avril. People that are just her friends and aren't on her team get harassed over and over. That's gotta get annoying after a while. I'm betting francyavril gets pestered about her. Even the guy that won the opportunity to visit her in Japan(@believeindanny) gets spammed with DMs and @mentions about Avril. No wonder why so many of Avril's friends stay unknown in her Instagram stories. |

Maybe Avril is seeing how other artists have released albums this year and realized it’s possible to do it and do it quickly. Now is the time when everyone is home, focused, and ready to be entertained. Now is the time for her to release something since she herself has nothing better to do with no concerts happening and fans are in lockdown. Strike while the iron is hot.

I think now that we are into a new decade whether we like it or not the noughties is and does now start to seem like along time ago. Perhaps in the last decade the era in which Avril first became popular wasn't old enough to be considered retro and iconic. Now I think it is something Avril can really capitalise on, and this would explain the shift back to "rock n roll" and "skater style". A mix of nostalgia for the hardcore fans and getting "current" artists involved to gain new fans. This could be very good for Avril's career.

I'd love a Travis Barker collaboration on the album. He did drums on "I Can Do Better", "Runaway", "I Don't Have to Try", and "Alone", so if the instrumentals to those songs are any indication of what we should expect then I'm really excited!

Well it has been nearly two years since HAW!!! Can’t believe how fast that has gone, but this year has flown by for me.
I am totallly looking forward to new music and hearing the collab with Mod Sun. I had never heard of him before and I’m getting pretty into his music the last couple weeks. Would be great if they shoot a video and we get some behind the scenes action on that too.

Does anyone else feel like all the skating and dirt biking will probably be present in a MV soon? Something tells me Avril isn't getting into that only for fun and for instagram posts... I wonder if it's a theme on the collab with Modsun -- could "Ride or Die" be the title or at the very least part of the lyrics? It would go hand in hand with all the imagery she's been delivering lately. I'd be all for it, personally -- sounds like a super fun concept!  We shouldn't have to wait too long to find out, which is brilliant. |
