AL7 Album Speculations Thread

Maybe to some it's not that important but I like collecting albums and vinyls and Avril really has a lot of collectors in her fan base. People pay $200 for that Canadian gospel album that has her first recorded songs. She should really use that and release her album on various formats from the get go, maybe with different covers or with a booklet that has different pictures. Just make the physical album a bit more marketable and attractive.

I've been watching a couple of Modsun's interviews and in one of them he said some very interesting things about the process of making his album that got me thinking that it is indeed possible Avril might be more advanced with her own album than we initially thought. I don't mean to get anybody's hopes up as I still believe in managing our expectations carefully, but basically Modsun said that he worked with John Feldman on the entire record and that they got the album done in 8 sessions over 2 weeks. He said they'd work on 3 songs per session and that he'd spend full days at the studio every day. Doesn't this feel very similar to Avril's situation lately?

Modsun also said that his mentality when making music stopped being trying to make everything perfect because he feels that ruins the magic of the music, and that instead he tries to be more more present and just give it his all in the moment -- basically implying he doesn't allow his music to sit around for too long.

The fact that Avril has been working with the same people and under similar circumstances from what we've seen could potentially be a very good sign for us. I'm honestly SO happy these are the people she chose to surround herself with for her next album. 

That is indeed VERY interesting. Avril has been in the studio for three weeks now, so maybe she’s made the whole thing and we can expect the era to start sooner, A LOT sooner than what we could’ve ever dreamed of. This has been a shitty year to say the least, so new Avril music would definitely be a nice outlet and the best gift we could’ve asked for 2021.

And it makes me even more excited that her album might be entirely produced by the same person. We might get her most consistent album since TBDT, and that is to say a lot!

Yeah I'm really optimistic about this album. Travis Barker and Feldmann being involved is a great sign, and you can tell that she seems a lot more enthusiastic about this then about HAW. So I definitely think AL7 will be better than HAW. It'll certainly be more rock.

i think she is just really too hard feeling woman who can fell in love with anyone and that's really nice) But i think she might have any experienced after dating 6 guys, so i hope she will make some conclusions someday and will be more selective in guys lol) or please go to the therapist as all normal people)0  I can't judge her cause we are all different generation and see the world differently, and maybe people Avril's age will know her better, but i wish Avril will find a really good guy she will be with for so long. Maybe she likes to change them (TS Style) who knows, we will never find it out, but i hope she is getting mature in this love themes) So i just tell my opinion and again wish Avril only happiness and true love;3 Pete is cute for her as i think, so we will see.
