I see Avril tbdt- all the following years lol what are you talking about. Actually maybe more like AL days. She needs to chill with those long ass extensions but they do look okay here. The colors add something happy imo good for one photoshoot. I hope she doesn't use it all era tho

At the end of the day we need to keep in mind that this discussion is merely speculative. Modsun seems like a genuinely good person, but he has a lot of baggage on him. He's publicly admitted to having a recent past with drug abuse and sex addiction. Both Modsun and MGK definitely come from a very different background than Avril. Avril had a completely regular life in a nice little christian suburban household in a small town, whereas the guys come from broken families and were hanging out with tough crowds, doing drugs and being left on their own from a young age Lmao Avril is a 35 year old woman who has lived in LA for the last 18 years. If you honestly believe Avril hasn’t had her share of partying/and or drugs while dating Brody, marrying Chad Cocaine-Kruger, and partying with Marilyn Manson/Paris Hilton....my god. Wake up. And before we bring up the 15 year old quote about not doing drugs - use your common sense. |

I believe there will be a few singles before an album though.

After all, it is mod Suns single not hers. Maybe because it seems to be the very first time it’s really a collab in a full sense of the name. She took part in the writing process, wasn’t only there to record her parts and go home. A new level of collab for her 🙂 |

Tbh I don’t think the album is that close.
It seems she’s still going to the studio, but then there’s mixing and mastering, filming the music video of the lead. Yes mixing and mastering could be done in a couple of days but I’ll be surprise if Avril works that hard to have a record done in a couple of weeks.
I’ll say she has some songs almost done but not a full record.
My bet is single on feb, album by April. Just as the TBDT era

I would honestly rather have her announce Flames the day prior to release (aka “new song out at midnight”) than announce it tomorrow but we don’t get it for another week. There’s literally no point, dropping stuff out of the blue on the day of release is basically the new normal.
I don’t think she’s that close to being done with AL7 yet either. She’s been working a lot but it typically takes her months to make an album. Even in eras where she worked quickly and didn’t get sent back to the studio to make hits (UMS, TBDT), she still spent 6-7 months on it. I think we could feasibly have a single by March with album in spring or summer.
