Wouldn't it be cool if they tried to make up the livestream event to us by hosting another one, but this time she plays all new songs from the new album with little bits of behind the scenes stuff thrown in between? Kind of like how Taylor did the "long pond sessions" for folklore on Disney+, where she performed the album in full, but there was a little interview between each song where she went in depth about the process of writing it and what it was about. Even if Avril prerecorded the whole thing so they could edit it together, some sort of performance event like that would more than make it up to fans. But I have the feeling these BTS things will probably just get uploaded to her YouTube channel or something, which is perfectly fine too.
I have the feeling that concerts probably won't be able to happen until at least the fall/winter, at best, and not until 2022 at worst. I think her team should strongly consider doing some more virtual concerts in the meantime. With a new record out, there's really no excuse for her to not pull together a few livestream concerts. And real ones this time, performing most of the new record live, even if the concert itself might be recorded in advance.

It would definitely be cool for them to do a virtual live concert say, a month or so after the album release. Announce it with the release, give people a while to buy virtual tickets. I wouldn't say she has to just perform new songs but make sure it leans heavily towards new songs with just a few of her biggest former hits.

In this higher definition, you can clearly see it’s her pink hair streaks and not that they cut her hair on Photoshop. So mystery solved lol.

Avril promoting a single she's part of ahead of the release date? Is it a dream? She looks so excited about music this time. A new decade with a brand new atittude All the other featuring she's done so far, even the last What Child is This, they all sound like she's done these things just for money. Obviously she liked the songs, she's not the type to do these stuff just for the money.. but imo not with much passion. About this feat it's all different, she's literally writing her album with Mod, she's now in this group of people with Travis and Machine Gun KJelly, it's not a simple featuring it's almost some kind of her song too.. That's Why I hope she doesn't only sing in the bridge haha |
