Just make a song like Bad guy a little bit more pop-rockier and there you have a song Avril could sing to. If they ever collaborate they would need to find a middle ground comfortable for both of them.
I agree about Halsey. That woman is just annoying. Sorry to her fans here. Wish her nothing but the best, but i'm not interested in seeing her or listen to her and obviously not interested on a collab with Avril. If they ever collaborate i will listen to it obviously.
I did like the collab she did with BTS tho.

I find it ironic when Avril fans say that another artist is annoying.  I guess it takes one to know one. If two annoying artists collaborate the outcome would be a not-annoying song perhaps?  |

Avril is not annoying lol. She's definitely not perfect and sometimes rude and pretty bad a t communicating with her fans. But geez, Halsey just lost me when she said hotel shampoo's were racist....

Honestly the only kind of collab I’ve ever been interested in for Avril is a Love The Way You Lie/Airplanes style thing. Otherwise I’d rather her just release solo music.

lol it's not only about the shampoo fiasco, it's just her 🙃. I dislike a lot of artist but like ther music. Demi for instance it's one of the most annoying singers of this generation and yet, one of the most talented as well and one of the best vocalists too. I love most of her work and she's a great artist, I just dislike her as a person. It's that so crazy? lol. Same goes with Halsey. I like some of her songs, I just don't like her. And I don't really want my favorite artist to collab with people I don't like, that's all: an opinion. But if it happens, so it be. sorry if it bothered you

Mess, I don't think best of albums are a thing anymore unless all songs are like re-recorded with new arrangements.
Even if she wants to release an GH she would have to sign a new contract with Sony or buy her masters from them, which, lol, would be very expansive.

Personally I’m not a fan of Halsey either, her voice is annoying IMO. I wouldn’t want to see her collab with Avril. I’m not really dying for Avril to do any collabs honestly. One day I’d love to see her do a song with Taylor since they are my 2 favorites, but otherwise there’s not anyone I’m dying for her to collab with. Billie could be cool since she’s a big artist right now and they’re fans of each other, but it would be hard to find a song that would suit them both. And I’m not a fan of Billies music either.

But there was rumor for Avril x Lil Wayne when she was still recording the "original" Goodbye Lullaby in like 2009? |

I get the halsey hate uh let's use dislike. Anyways, I get it. Her song with MGK? Her voice sounds awful. But like Avril isn't any better. I think Avril has one of the best voices but then she does songs like YASNY where she sounds awful. It's why I'm scared for her going back to rock. Her voice is not a good fit anymore. High voices aren't unusual in rock but I personally prefer stronger voices. Unless she does something to make herself not sound so high because she's done that before. With a producer like Feldman it's not that hard. So I hope all sounds well 🙂
Btw y'all talking about Halsey flaws but ignore MGK's history because he's making good pop punk music? They all got skeletons even mod sun. Idk about Yungblud tho

Honestly I don’t know really much about Halsey and how she is personally or on social media so I won’t be able to tell if she is annoying or not. I know a few songs of her which I like so I would not say that I am a fan. If you don’t like her voice then that’s what it is. Tastes differ.  But I just think they could do a good track together if they get along well. If it doesn’t happen I would not be sad. It would just be a good addition for me.  |
